I agree with all of you here. This has been on my mind for quite sometime now but I did not want to voice it simply for the reason that I may be misunderstood. Mishal seems to mostly acknowledge IKRS in his social media sites...He's completely ignored LTL though once or twice he's posted about LS...I've always wondered why he was doing this...Liking a certain character he's played is his prerogative and I'm happy that he loved playing Viplav because I too love this character out of all his roles...but does he not want to respect the feelings of the fans of his other shows? Anyway it's his choice and he'll do whatever he fells is right but I too am disappointed by his attitude.

ami dear...I loved what you said about basic human values and fictional characters.For me The people I've known and interacted with are much more important than any actor whom I've never met in my life or any fictional character.

I will some day post the biggg gyaans he receives everyday nonstop, any celebrity would be irritated ...

Maybe he doesn't relate to the story n viplav's character after leap ,maybe his expectations from the show all went down leaving him all disappointed .Mishal is very courteous n would never snub or show disrespect towards anyone. He congratulated sanjeeda and ashka and they are all friends ...

But then he is human too... Fans also have a decorum to maintain...

With LTL probably it reminds him of a phase that left deep scars on his soul. The way things turned out after he left that show ... you never know

But until the tiger is able to tell his side of the story ,the hunter would always be glorified ...

I'll answer you on behalf of all of us here. . Meena, we've been here for a year now and we are posting something about Mishal every day. Some members only appear sometimes like you, say. Dazz I am one of those fans you are talking about and i would request you to read what I wrote

on this post earlier.

And we are never defensive , its just appreciating what he posts . He is a strong headed individual and its his personal page . we just appreciate what he posts . in fact most meisha fans congratulated sanjeeda when he posted about her .

we are all very excited whenever he posts about his future projects ... and we would gladly welcome his next venture.

But till then whatever he has we just try to boost his morale. its not easy for such a talented actor to be a new entrant on social media ,where lesser stars have millions of followers.

So what we do is love meisha ... and encourage him in his every post ...

About his favoritism ,trust me he is being told everyday in very harsh words by so many of his

so called post leap fans. poor guy gets a bad deal everyday . If i were in his place I would have blocked most ... Anyway to each his own...

I also dont understand that if this is the logic why do his fans hate meisha so much. LTL fans should have bothered only about mishal ... but on their pages they will post his pic with every costar except eisha .

I dont think all this goes unnoticed in case of mishal...

After the show ended in August last year, slowly we lost our forum friends one by one. In the past three months, we've lost almost everyone who had remained since the demise of the show. Since Mishal made the announcement of his cameo in Kay Kay Menon's short film, there has been dialogue between all of the members here about Mishal's career objectives and whether he's taking his talent as an actor seriously. The lack of his promotion of his own web series has been another concern. Since you're not around here regularly and are probably unaware of the backlog that built up to this thread, our comments may have seemed harsh to you. Nobody who commented on this thread had any other intention but to vent their frustration about their confusion. Zajie titled this thread as "confusion for that very reason. As fans of Mishal, we bring his posts from Twitter, Instagram, and FaceBook here daily. Zajie usually does all of the posting from Twitter, I usually bring forward MR's postings from Instagram, and if we're both busy then any one of our friends here will step up and post on our behalves. We may not comment on his social media sites, but we're aware of the activity taking place on his posts. Mishal has posted once about LTL and twice about Love Story including his pinned tweet since his debut on Instagram and his official FaceBook. When else has he acknowledged these shows? I may have missed those posts on his social media handles even though I check his Instagram and Twitter daily.

Yes, I have seen that he's hounded by his fans for his favouritism. Meenu, imagine if us Meishalians were in the shoes of his other fans. How would we feel? Imagine waiting an entire year for acknowledgement of our VMs, edits, video clips, and offscreen pictures while yours truly is busy responding to other fans, appreciating their work, and reposting from that fanbase. Don't you think Mishal's being immature in his approach towards his fans? Mishal is getting hounded because his fans feel ignored and they're hurt that he doesn't reciprocate the same love and affection towards everyone. If he had even acknowledged the edits or comments his fans make with likes on either of his three networking sites, then this backlash wouldn't have come his way. From what I understand, MishSan fans are the ones tagging him in those posts. I think their only purpose behind tagging him in those posts is to show him how Sanjeeda acknowledges their work and reciproctes the same love back. As I've said before, everything they're doing is out the agony they've been subjected to in the past year. Unfortunately, nobody is to blame for their behaviour other than Mishal. I see it as desperate attempts to gain his attention. Some fans lose sight of the fine line between appropriate and inappropriate in their obsessions for their favourite stars. This is what's happened here.

I understand that he may have an emotional attachment to pre-leap Viplav because he more or less embodies Viplav as a whole. Like you've said on Instagram, Mishal is Viplav and Viplav is Mishal. 😊 My heart goes out to him for all that happened to him post his exit from LTL and the conduct belted out towards him by the channel, the production house, and especially the media. Even then, he still needs to realize that his largest fanbase is from LTL. Setting aside his own personal turmoil, he needs to enlighten his fans to increase his popularity and to make a personal connect with his audience. He's on social media to engage with his fans, right? His progression in terms of numbers on both Instagram and Twitter has been slow for a reason. He can't expect to be on social media for one show and one character and expect his followers to reach the hundred thousands.

Meenu, the vicious hatred we see towards Eisha also stems from the jealousy and insecurity of his other fans. They see him making several posts for Misha or pre-leap ViDha, but no posts dedicated to onscreen and offscreen pictures with any other female costar. He's never posted a picture with Payel, Mahhi, or Sanjeeda. I know he's friends with Mahhi and Sanjeeda, so I'm not sure why he hasn't divulged that camaraderie. 🤔 Some of his fans rationalize that he isn't interested in being an onscreen couple with someone who is married. It isn't the image that he's after. I've also noticed that LTL fans are also the ones that are MishSan fans. I've also observed the various edits with all of his female leads except Eisha. I know a section of his audience never approved of their pairing because Eisha was so young. Live and let live, Meenu. Misha has a very strong and ardent fanbase all over the Internet. I know it hurts to see that prejudice against Eisha especially with her being so sweet and innocent. She's been dragged into this mess for no reason and the derogatory comments about her and her family are totally unacceptable. As Meishalians, I applaud you for standing up in her defense. However, if Mishal is showering Eisha with all of this attention on his social media as if to send a strong message to his other fans, then all I can say is he's walking on a tightrope over a pit of fire.
