Hi all,

I really thought hard before I wrote this, but decided to make this post anyway.

Please ignore it if you choose not to read.

I got attached to this show not only for the concept & story line, but my main attraction was Mishal's character, the Happy-go-Lucky Viplav Tripaty.

To many of us, he is the quintessential friend, son, brother, husband... & more.

As I followed the show, I fell in love with Viplav for many reasons.

I enjoyed the different shades of his character , willingly accepted his many flaws, tolerated his immaturity at times, fantasized about him being real on occasions ( why not?) & most of all loved his romantic interludes...of course all this credited to Mishal, the fantastic actor.

I have always stood by him & supported him, forgiven him for his minor blunders,...after all he is human , not a saint, right? That is until now.

As we all know, the last couple of episodes have been devastatingly painful.

I want to forget all the negative characters for a moment here & focus only on Viplav..

Viplav is educated, intelligent, sensitive, loving, kind but also impulsive & impatient.

Until now, he has fought against many odds & stood up for what is right, set a positive example on many levels & set himself apart from the rest. I respected him a lot for that.

But his behavior of late has knocked me off balance.

Viplav proved himself to be "The Grandson" of the great Dashrath Tripaty & not Dhani's trustworthy husband "Vakeel Babu".

I was ready to once again accept his impulsive & irrational behavior & forgive him...provided he felt some remorse for his behavior & for not listening to her. Yes, he is in pain missing Dhani but that's not enough. He had his chance to calm down & think rationally, listen to Dhani's side of the story...but no. Where is his logical thinking? He has gone back on a very important promise, to listen & trust ...which is the foundation of their marriage.

Mending any broken relationship starts with regrets & I don't see that yet for him. He still blames Dhani & expects an apology from her.

For this reason, I cannot forgive him. Sorry, Viplav you have let me down in a big way this time.

You are again Viplav Dashrath Tripaty.

I only support Dhani for now.

Word .. completely agree with ur each n every word..!!
No doubt we all hav loved him n stand by him always.. bt his indifferent behaviour without any remorse is bull shit.. sorry I'm utterly disgusted with Viplov right now cz they hav messed with basic characterization of Viplov n that's the reason everyone's disappointed with him.. I want to kill him seriously..

It's beyond me y they hell bent on creating so much hatred fr the ML.. that's absured yar.. n illogical.. jst get that separation n stop stretching ths illogical track like a chewing gum for heaven's sake.. bt I kno nobody's listening to us..😕

Pearl I dun kno yaar bt it's evident they are totally flat on km.. n their undieing n unconditional love fr km will be disastrous I kno..!! They dun want to get rid of her n that character will prove last nail in coffin.. they hav turned our Ishq into Lust.. n still continue ruining it shamelessly ..

where has his trust gone with dhaani. he would not live one moment without her. and when she had bhaang, couldn't he tell the difference that she had bhaang and what effect it can have like he had in ladoo. i am sorry he has let down dhaani.

and dhaani doesn't deserve him at all, now i think she should go far away from him.

at least one thing he could do which is right during the leap, he should keep away from kamini and i hope one blunder kamini makes she gets caught. I hope it happens soon.

I made this post out of frustration.

How can we find positivity if the cvs are hell bent on doing this to his character?

This is turning into some other show, for heavens sake.

Totally agree with each word of yours. He has truly shown that he is the son of that Mahan Tripatti . He should at least have his trust and faith in Dhaani ...he should know that Dhaani never lies. He himself should investigate instead of being childish n irrational.

nice post...

in short viplav's behaviour has changed since kamini entered...since then he was treating dhaani like a dumbo and tolerating her only coz he married her ,otherwise kam is his right choice,,thats how viplav was behaving... and it looked like he just waited for one wrong move from dhaani so that he can seize that opportunity to dump her coz viplav knows very well how dhaani was tolerating the abuse since day one and his beloved kamini also gave the reason of depression for dhaani's behaviour which should have actually made him support her so there was no justification even remotely for what he did ...yesterday also the only moment he thought of her was when he had s** with her, after all thats the only purpose he brought her home, kt was right how after sometime the pyar ki patti will be off from his eyes...
this guy will never be remorseful , to his benefit the villains also won't be exposed ...so he will just get over from dhaani's death very easily and move on...

when garima can threaten of quitting and got her some screen space and when tejaswi of sr can threaten of quitting to turn her role positive and there are many others ...mishal also should have done it after all he is not any newbie to accept whatever the ph does he has a reputation and fan following...*sigh*
viplav has become the worst ML i ever seen... in Mb also rk dumps her but he had a reason and he never slept with her during that revenge period ,instead he fell in love with her ...and there was ahemji who kicked out gopi but that was altogether a different show ...here the moment viplav said he made a mistake by marrying her the every love scene they showed till now and every promise he made to dhaani were gone...the only thing dhaani should never return to him...

ps..sorry for this lengthy rant 😆
