WIth all of the negativity being shown on IKRS, I was thinking this might be the right time to introduce Vidhaan (Viplav's elder brother) into the story. We have too many negative characters on the show. WIth the ashram burning down, I'm not sure what'll happen to the the ladies in white. They were the only source of positivity on the show. My hope is that everyone's able to come out safe from the fire and that they're able to relocate to a new place. What'll happen in the end remains to be seen.
I want to see positivity once the leap does take place. I was thinking that Vidhaan could be the doctor that handles Dhani's pregnancy. He could be her mentor in seeking an education and becoming self-reliant. I would want him and his wife to both be positive characters who empower women and the needy. I've noticed that I haven't liked most of the new actors this production house has chosen for cameos. Ishita and Amardeep have certainly been better than the others, but none of us fans have been delighted with their respective characters. Rupali Guha has worked with Gaurav Chopra in the past on another show. I feel that Gaurav could suit the role of Viplav's brother well. He's tall and handsome like Mishal and he has an aura of sophistication and maturity. He has a powerful voice and a strong presence on screen. This is who I've thought of, but I'm open to any good actor in this role. I also feel that Viplav is completely blind around his family. It'll take a major wake up call from someone close to him to see that what he's been around his entire life is nothing but an illusion. According to DT, Vidhaan chose to leave his family and settle abroad. My feeling is that Vidhaan is aware of what Viplav isn't and he chose to alienate himself from the negativity. If explored properly, Vidhaan's character could do the story a lot of good.
I want to see more to the leap than just a child uniting her parents. I know Viplav and Dhani's daugther will be a cutie, but I too think the timing is very cliched. They showed a flashback of Viplav telling Dhani to become a lawyer a couple of episodes ago. That's exactly what I don't want to see. That would be too filmy for our show. I want Dhani to be educated, to learn English, and to be receptive of others and her surroundings. At this point in the story, I don't want Dhani to unite with her sister and grandmother just yet. I want her to prove to the world that she's capable of a lot more than all of the taunts she's been credited with up until now. She could be a teacher, a nurse, or even a social worker for an NGO. I want Dhani to fight her battle herself and emerge a winner.
Now that I've had time to cool off from yesterday's episode, it made wonder how Viplav will change learning of Dhani's so-called death. How will his personality and outlook change in life? Will he still be the same impulsive happy-go-lucky guy? What will he do to honour his wife's memory? Somewhere inside of him, he must feel guilt for separating from his wife. I want Viplav to go crazy yearning for his wife and I never ever want to see him doubting or questioning his love again It's time for Viplav Tripathi to come out of his immaturity and embrace life as a man.
As much as I rant, I still do have hope for this show. Maybe it's time we start playing reverse psychology with the production house. Our wishes just might come true. đ
