Mehru I like Dhani as a character a lot ... Even her mahaan bits.
Her resilience inspires me . At a young age having seen a lot she is not bitter or malicious.
She inspires me when she dared to break norm and dream and take a chance on love again. When tragedy strikes it's very hard for them to restart their life.
Her patience and goodness inspires me. Thinking of others may seem mahaan but it is a quality not many have.
I admire her simple beauty .
I admire her righteousness . Illerterate yet has good morals.
What I don't like about her .
Gives up her happiness for the sake of others without understanding the consequences. Choosing between when to fight and when not to .
Mothering Viplav . Is big for her age .
Does not show any inclination to educate herself .
Her recent gaudy sarees and hairstyle .
In terms of characters my sequence of liking is Viplav , Dhani , Kanak ... Raja at the end.
Very nice topic.
Hey Ratna...Always a pleasure to read ur thoughts...U should always posts something or the other...ALways feel grounded to reality when I read urs...
I liked how u summed up Dhasni beautifully..I too love her patience n goodness ...which is so true ...IN our religion...I dunno abt others...We women are advised, instilled that half of our struggles, problems, difficulties watever it is ...will be wiped or will be relieved if we dont loose our patience...PATIENCE is the key to eradicate all evils n deformities in ones life...its the virtue that we women should carry forward in our lives n pass it on the knowledge n teach our kids...We need to hold on THAT to keep our hopes alive ,that with every passing time ,everything will be set right ...
When I see dhaani patiently taking in...im reminded of this now n again...Sometimes its reel that clicks u to think profoundly ...
I agree with what u dont like ...Too much of mothering is Irritating...Vipu is a grownup man n sometimes its good once in a while she listens to him instead of him following her like a puppy!!!
Thanx for replying dear...
