Great post Swathi.

Ego in many is hard to let go, but it was nice to see Daadi letting her pride and hurt by Viplav put aside for the right thing at the right time.

D T has his ego wrapped up in his belief that his position gives him the right to force his way of thinking down everyones throats. And thoroughly enjoys this power, never once thinking that he is hurting those that love him the most.

Kanak and her ego gives her the self importance that she feels she deserves because

she feels she is right and no one can question her decision and make her feel small.

Not even her son that she professes to love above all else. She will not climb down off her tower for anyone.

There is no humility or an ounce of empathy in both these characters of DT and KT.

And this is where it was easy for Daadi to do the right thing because her love for Viplav is genuine and does not involve her ego so it is easy for her to forget his mistake and move to please him so as not to lose him over him marrying secretly to Dhaani.

Dolly thank you for sharing your view 😊 True for kanak it is only and only her who is right and for DT he is totally obsessed with power. Dadi did a good job by stopping viplav and shed her ego in spite of her differences with dhani. They must have been practicing such kind of behavior over years else they would have some sympathy towards viplav at least.

True Captkirk ...if elders do show a right path then the younger ones can learn quite a lot as they are experienced and they don't want they children to suffer. Dadi did what was necessary else viplav would have else where.

Dhadhi was spot on yesterday !! she tried to resolve out n calm down the situation which ended up on lighter note..She had always been quite both DT/KT never considered her as a person in their family..I would love to say that she is the pillar of TP family..DT/ KT must be ashamed of creating such circumstances..Both of them never tried to realize human emotions..Dhadhi took a right decision at a perfect moment unless it would becomes even more clumsy..She loves his grandson immensely and she had gone through the pain of losing Shambu...Ego is a dangerous threat to human lives..

Thank you cocoatree for liking the post and sharing your view...true just recently itself dadi lost her son and could no longer afford to lose her grandson. The wounds of the incident have not been healed properly. She is one person who shows and respects human emotions the other two they don't know what in the world are emotions hence they neither have nor respect them.

True ego can be deadly and destroy the relationships in a matter of few moments.That was a good lesson cv's have taught us.
