This is my point of view.

Since dhani will confess to having committed murder .

Viplav will say that she is lying.

But If He says it only as her advocate I think it will not go down strongly .

he will be questioned as to how can he be so sure and I think that's when he will say

that She is his wife .

It will be accepted in the court also strongly when he says he wants to continue the case as he is her husband.

What say guys ?????

Viplav ke pass koi proof nahi hai to prove that ...

Bt viplav and dhaani ke shaadi ka koi iss case se koi Lena dena nahi hai...

So better reopen d case again after finding d truth...den register d marriage ...n sab ko shock lagega DT n KT..

N even mahan aatma dhani if she gonna refuse d marriage...at court...then wat? So better viplav b smart...first register..n fir joh bolna hai bolo😆

Haan... Last time in front of public Viplav referred Dhani as 'hamari honewali dharampatni' & now also in front of public he will declare her as ' hamari dharampatni'..

From the beginning whatever happens in bet vidha that becomes public. First time Viplav tried to take revenge & trouble her that became public. When he tried saving her life when she lied unconscious on the temple's steps ,that time that photo became viral & again it became public. Kanak also insults dhani in public..& so on...

Arrey yaar...vidha don't have a privacy.. 😲

Ya true...

He doesn't have any proof which can be accepted under law... So don't think our gold medalist lawyer will display his foolishness by telling he is married.

But... Also as per the olv... DT says that Viplav will fight for dhaani n free her.. Then disclose his marriage... So let's see...

Just because he is her husband should not be the factor that will allow the case to be further investigated. He will need to get new material proofs to be able to reopen the case and this he should do as a lawyer not a husband.

However knowing that he is actually married to Dhaani would give anew twist to the story.

He will definitely do dat if dhani backsoff..bt he should have proof tat their marraige is over if it hav to b believed by evryone..

whether he is married to dhaani or not has nothing to do with this case... for being her advocate he don't have to be her husband...
they can have that track after viplav frees her... combining the two potential tracks would be disaster...

well from what i understand if a accussed confesses and the family member of victim claims to be an eye witness, that case is almost over.

For anyone to still fight that case a ground has to be there and marriage will provide that grounfd for viplav .
