In fact it is for his sisters sake though instigated by the sensible Dhani has put his plans on hold . Also he is talking to his would be BIL and paying attention there .

But I get what you are saying now that he does not have a dad he should be looking after his sisters need. Maybe Dhani needs to tell him that coz Viplav has no dimaag of his own .

Also the point of his exuberance is to show how happy he is with Dhani when everyone is trying to seperate them.

He probably wants shalu to experience the same feeling as him after he got married with the person he is in love with. He realizes that the wedding involves her leaving her family but his satisfaction is also there that shalu will be with someone who would love her, take care of her the same way he does for dhani. To be honest if shalu had any objections at all, she wouldve said so when the proposal came in but if either of the families has no problem then its not selfish of Viplav to want her married of early right?

You know what guys, for these last two days I find his behaviour very impulsive. Just because Dhani tells him that they should not reveal this marriage he agrees? He's supposed to be a lawyer and be aware of the consequences of a hidden marriage and suddenly the he lets unworldly Dhani take the decisions? And as far as the relationship depicted between him and his sister I don't find it admirable. If I'm not mistaken he's even kicked her once.

Now if the family is purposely hiding truth and has wrong motives then its not Viplav's fault for believing in them, after all daadi brought them in.

Since I have not seen the episode yet, I cannot comment , till I see it.

But in all that you have said, my worry is WHY is Viplav trying to take Dhaani into that home where he knows for sure that his mother is NOT going to be kind to her.

This is where I question Viplav's sense of protection for Dhaani , he seems to defend her all the time from strangers on the street but he does not seem to comprehend that Dhaani is more at risk near his mother than anyone else.
