Court proceddings begin. Viplav presents CD as his first proof against Tripurari. When CD is played its starts playing "Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo". Everyone is shocked and Viplav is confused as CD was safe in Ashram with Dhani. Tripurari's lawyer taunts Viplav and asks him not to waste court's time. Viplav reveals how he is sure of Tripurai being the killer. Tripurari begins his fake drama and says how he is close with Tripathi family and infact he is part of the family and Dashrath is his father. Viplav is shocked while Dashrath feels the heat and starts coughing. Tripurari corrects and says that he considers Dashrath as father figure. Viplav gets agitated and he gets into a physical brawl with Tripurari.Judge asks Viplav to behave and stop blaming Tripurari without any proper proof. Viplav asks judge to wait for 5 minutes as he wants Bijli to reveal real face of Tripurari. Even after an hour Bijli didnt turn up so Judge asks Viplav if he is having some proof or just fooling around. Viplav is broken yet he asks for some more time as his dead father still awaits justice.
Post all drama Tripurari is taken back and Viplav warns him not to be so happy with this temporary relief as he will do everything possible to put him in jail. Tripurari leaves and after that Kanak starts her usual ranting on Dhani. She blames Dhani for all mess and taunts that if she is not able to handle small CD then how can he handle Tripathi house after marriage. Dhani is worried as Viplav has lost all hope. Viplav leaves while Dhani follows him and asks where is he going? He states that Bijli might be in danger. Both reach police station and have an argument with Tripurari.
Here in Ayodhya Nivas Kanak starts her foul cry drama. Dashrath is tired of her nonsense and asks her not to bring Viplav Dhani relationship in each and every matter. He asks Shalu and Sushma to cook food as he is tired after whole day court proceedings. Kanak also leaves while Dashrath rethinks and joins all dots and come to conclusion that Kanak and Tripurari might have joined hands.
In poilce station Viplav is furious on Tripurari and asks Inspector to do something as Tripurari is behinf Bijli's sudden disappearance. Meanwhile Bijli enters and turns hostile. She changes her statement and tells Inspector how Dhani and Viplav forced her to speak against Tripurari. Viplav Dhani are shocked and try hard to convince Bijli but of no use. She leaves while Viplav yet again gives warning to Tripurari that he won't sit quiet and punish him for sure. Both come out of police station and speculate everything. Dhani asks Viplav to forgive her. Viplav is heartbroken and tells Dhani not to be sorry after they lost everything. He states how he could have kept the CD in safe place instead of giving her.

Precap: Tripurari is out of Jail and tries to rile up Dhani and tells her how she is trapped with Viplav who can't even handle court case. He hits final nail in coffin when he says that instead of Viplav he was better for her. Dhani agitated with this slaps Tripurai. In other scene both Viplav and Dhani are shown breaking down in tears in their respective rooms.
