IKRS Friday 25th December 2015 ep 119 My Take.
Even the most steadfast love comes to point when emotions are highly strung, reasoning and level headedness is blown away to the winds, by the throes of passion that are not carnal but the writhing of the soul of a rejected and frustrated lover. All the actions taken to convince the beloved appear failed.. Then raises the one last attempt to create ructions , upheavals ,rumblings that have the potential to jolt the ground under the loved ones feet! For love is such a sentiment that is the reason for the existence of the complete cosmic universe. It is in every flower, every colour, every joy, every win, every wisp of grass, every song of a bird, every stir of the breeze, in the blazon of the sun ,to the moonlight, to the glow of the stars.. When so much love surrounds us , how can we humans not be under it's spell? Gladly we fall in it.. Because it is not contrived or planned it just happens! that's why it is love. An unconditional , unselfish sentiment that wants only in Viplav's case like as many of us to be loved in return for what we are worth.. As Viplav feels.. But then as Viplav learns, to fall in love is easy but it's to rise in it! is the true test!
Viplav enters and calmly announces the big news that is received with mixed feelings! That he wishes to leave for Boston soon, as his work in Banaras is complete. Besides he wishes to be as far away from Dhani life as possible! There is vivid hurt of rejection from her in Viplav's eyes. His mother celebrates his decision as is expected! along with his grandfather who's dream he aims to fulfil. This was more or less the reactions he expects from his family..what would they understand the pain of his love which is white??..none in Ayodhya Nivas is puzzled by his decision except his princess dadi ,his father and his sister..
But Raj laxmi and Viplav saga does puzzle Inderani , and Rajlaxmi reckons it's best if she explains that what vikal babu said is true! Dhani used her to get rid of viplav ! but she realized in a matter of few hours how much he loves her ! but this Dhani doesn't realize this.. Dhani's action invites some disappointed looks at her from all and she seeks to cleanse her otherwise good girl image! this then becomes her first veiled confession of what she feels for Viplav.. stoically she admits she misinterpreted his love completely..
Back at AN, dadi wishes to know his hurry to leave for Boston? but dada ji cajoles her to let him go ,no harm in it.. so don't interfere. But Viplav looks with intense sadness at his princess.. and relays with his eyes, he's not happy...but this was perhaps the last left in his book of how to win Dhani over..
Dhani points out to her mentor Inderani,with almost passive resignation ..nothing can come about between her and vikal babu. and that she'd rather not talk about this any further Inderani is clearly taken about by her defeatist attitude.
Back at his home Viplav too clearly tells his most beloved dadi that he doesn't wish to discuss the matter any further! and to his mother he orders angrily to get the ticket booked . This love and how it shapes up momentarily is far too painful for both parties involved, to talk about even with their immediate families let alone amongst themselves .Wounds exist that fester.. will there be healing? Dashrant and Kanak celebrate victory as dadi the threat of goodness to them due to her hold on Viplav, is snubbed into silence by Viplav!
Dhani rattles too childishly! and breaks down ,he said himself he won't talk to her ,never see her! fine then! there won't be any mention of vikal babu in this Ashram either! and while she runs off in a huff all look on with worry.. Dhani hurts and slow tears roll down her cheeks out of her big bold black eyes.. my heart smarts.. his words he's had enough of her! he 's leaving her never too return! wound her.. enough to form tears in her eyes..why does my heart cry?.. do I forget that the colour of my life is white.. stop hearing the words ,the colour is white.. your life's colour is white.. but what of his face ,his words Dhani I came to teach you how to live life.. but you taught me how to live my life instead.. how I misjudged you vikal babu .. you and your words were sincere ,but... oooh ..she swallowed a lump in her throat.. she swore on his head she didn't love him.. but.. he told her straight he had seen love in her eyes for him.. muses and cries Dhani in the solitude of her room.. Raj laxmi comes by and she too can see Dhani's love for him and argues.. why can you face it Dhani.. face it you love vikal babu too.. see how upset you are by his words! and why do you weep.. no I don't.. and irritated Rajlaxmi tells her straight, you lie to all Dhani ,worse still you lie to yourself that you love vikal babu!.. Dhani knows now that hide it as she may, love cannot be concealed ..she feels her tears with her knuckles and cries out why do I cry? what's happening to me?? love is a sweet sorrow?? cries out Dhani's heart..why do I allow it to happen to me?
Kanak is full of beans and showers herself with accolades upon herself in the the company of the king of guile Dashrant.The daughter in law cheekily tells her father in law it was her poisoned tongue that stung Dhani and events plummeted and Viplav took the decision he has taken! it was now end off the dreams of an ill-fated inauspicious widow of ever becoming a daughter in law of Ayodhya Nivas! Dashrant chuckles and throws the keys of the household at her! as a bone to a dog! and proclaims arrogantly naught can stop his Viplav from heading to Boston!
But the guardian is never to far from a good soul..as viplav packs to leave dadi approaches him , surely he cannot leave like this ? he should fight for his love.. his love is true, will he end his love just like so? Viplav smiles at her assuring her , and replies tenderly .what makes her think he's ending his love and leaving? he is only leaving Banaras ..haven't expelled Dhani from his heart.. she will stay in my heart till eternity..
Dhani weeps endlessly .. Rajlaxmi brings her the news that makes her serve an ultimatum to herself gain him! or lose him forever! Dhani vikal babu is going abroad tomorrow morning! his friend Raj told her hope she's happy now! Dhani is gobsmacked and her heart cries out the colour of love is white and images of moments spent with him flash before her mind when he made her laugh ,when he stunned her by his actions ,and his recent threat which now seems was not empty.. she struggles with her decision feels her tears and next morning.. she steps out of the Ashram door.. and yes there he stood with folded arms across his chest smiling up at her..did you think you'd get rid of me that easily Dhani? hate to tell you but not! her full lips stretch in a huge smile , but he looks across at her with distant and aloof eyes.. she hurts him all the time.. but it's ok she'll befriend him again.. make him love her again and she stands before him and beams a smile at him.. oohh you? he giggles and he slants his head and gives her a frigid stare while she bursts out laughing! vikal babu... she calls with glee and takes a step forward and he takes a step backwards, gives her a narrowed eye, furrowed look.. turns and walks off.. vikal babu!! don't go vikal babu! Dhani sits up startled in bed..gathers her frayed nerves it was a nightmare ..what was wrong with her?? she runs to the front door opens it and then the confirmation hits her in the head ,that he was not there!she double checks along both sides of the street and is much puzzled how can this be true? Viplav babu is not right in taking his decision, her heart beats against her rib cage she looks up at the Ashram door, checks if he's hiding any where than turns and runs! Runs like the wind and then suddenly comes across none other than Suvarna!
Survarna asks her what the matter was ?Dhani pants and wants to know from her married friend whose husband behaved atrociously with her ,still does .. does surnva think tripurari loves her?begs her how can she tell he loves ? Suvarna says she'll try to explain ..and she explains it's true tripurari has wronged her ,plus many others. But despite that whenever has a problem ,she worries about him, when he's not before her ,her hearts craves for him to be near her.. wants to take all his troubles upon herself..when he not before her .. she wants to see him.. Dhani hears and finds the same emotions within her to.. here was Suvarna an abused wife with a horrid husband like tripurari.. and here she was not even married to vikal babu .. feeling like this battered wife and vikal babu was a good man.. dhani is confused as survna says that's how strange relationship is love, but this the truth.. Dhani realizes how she feels and she runs down the streets, roads and gets to the house ! is stopped by the Raj who tells her viplav has left for the airport and will fly shortly..
Raj too taunts her hope she is pleased by her manner, as Viplav has now gone out of her life! Without wasting time Dhani runs a marathon and arrives at the airport is stopped at security as she is not given access.. she begs cries and creates a scene but has the good sense to take the name Viplav Tirpathi she had to see him . As luck would have it a security officer tells her passengers had boarded the aircraft is ready for take- off...but she still cries out vikal babu! The officer offers to make an announcement but the chances are very slim..dhani waits.. The scene shows obstacles in reaching viplav.. But within her the doubts of what she felt for him clear..
She sits despondent on the last steps of Durga maa's temple at the very edge of the water..there is regret and remorse and sadness in her ..and broken in spirit she looks down into the water ..and she sees his reflection dwindling in the water! she turns her head and finds him standing on the first step looking down at her ,was this another of her hallucinations?? she is seeing things.. in answer he slowly comes down towards her. she wipes her tears ,turns her neck and looks up at him longingly as he stands above her..he stands with his chin doubled with a sulk over his face and she stands up gingerly.. and she moves up a step her face twisted with fresh bout of a cry..and she almost falls back but he grips her hand with his strong wide palm.But coldly stops her from embracing him! and she appeals to him with her eyes.. and then her lips quiver and with tears in her eyes she smiles into his face.. and they both stand balanced completely in the love that almost drowned in the quagmire of conspiracies but now linked them under the back drop of Durga maa's temple.. he gives her look got you in the end didn't I you feisty girl! my loves colour is white and she rests close to him..but nope he hadn't forgotten her stupid turns.. and so he lets go of her hand as she had regained her composure.. and defiantly crosses both his arms across his chest and doubles his chin once again in a huff! she asks him tenderly ,but you had gone?then what about the plane.. and he turns his head to her and replies, yes it was about to take off, but then it had flat tyres! That 's why didn't leave.. but you? how come she here so early in the morning??she lowers her eyes and he adds dryly ,no just asking that's all.. you must be very happy that Rakhsas has gone! and she sobs, bemused he gives her a sided look ..are you crying? Dhani you have tears ! he half jests..and she controls her sobs.. erhh Dhani whatever are you crying for?? he looks quizzically at her.. Viplav is the plane who didn't have the heart after all, to leave her.. but he gets her where he wants her..
What can I say ,the whole episode the moment it started seemed to me Viplav's final move to win over Dhani.. and when my hunch came true I patted my self not bad.. Eisha and Mishal were fantastic,one member of my family cried tears of joy at the last scene and her hubby too was a bit dew eyed..ahhh "all the world loves lover".. hamlet53 26.12.15
Precap: half crying and smiling she discovers, I don't fear society! I don't care about it ,because you are with me! he gives her a grin.. and she declares before him..i want to tell every one! that yes I love you!! and with a smile he opens her arms and she grabs on to him tightly the back of hs head pressed against her face that weeps with joy..they both vermillion at each other ..each colouring the other in the colour of love..
