Chronological order is attached to living species. As in formation that according to the living organism's nature it multiplies or eventually terminates. Hence it is with humans as well, our mortal lives are governed by the rule and law of time. Time that in itself has a chronological order.Our past, present and our future. Our past if we are of sane mind is within our control in the form of memories. Our present too is within our reach and grasp as we live it. However it's the future that baffles us, as it's concealed and only in time depending on the decisions we make ,unfolds before us.. But it's the future's , things to come ahead, is the linear order that holds the most interest in us and gives way to hope in us.. Today's episode dips into the past sequential phase of a key character in the story..
Sarla Kaki vigorously dusts and cleans a filthy dust ridden uninhabited room. Dhani out of the bloom wanders in and is told, no one is allowed in this room because it's locked and private. What with covered heavy furniture items,the room kept locked is enough to ensue suspence. However Dhani being the angel of service offers it to kaki , help but is turned down vociferously with the warning yet again no one is allowed in this room. Dhani has no choice but to retreat. On her way out, she knocks some old yellowed with age papers ,from underneath which a photo falls face down to the floor. Since it is her mistake, it is only appropriate she gives kaki a hand with collecting the papers and lastly the picture, which one is not sure that Dhani sees or not? But what is clear is that kaki briskly literally snatches the picture from Dhani's hand which she finds out of turn of kaki's part.. and on her way out Dhani wonders, why the secrecy ?.. the picture is a young Dulari! one speculates straightaway , this dust.. will it reveal Dhani's past too as it's her mother Dulari's picture , in this rich woman's house? is there a connection? Who is Dulari to kaki? to malikan ? and finally is Dulari, Dhani's mother.
Well seems our questions still build up, as Dulari at the Ashram , rummages through an old trunk and fishes out a red bangle holds it in her palm looks at it and weeps, this is your last memory, I hold on too.. but I couldn't hold on to your daughter don't know where she is? what state she must be in, she cries bitterly. There is always support available at the Ashram,even though not entirely free from undercurrent treachery , but this time Rajlaxmi comes and consoles her, don't worry. She'll be found. here it's clear that Dhani's disappearance has brought the trunk ,the bangle out ! along with the reference to a certain "your".. for whom Dulari holds her daughter Dhani! who is this person? gender? male, female?
Both Kanak and Dashrant use each other as support systems during their unworthy deeds. Once again she rants before babu ji, Viplav is with Dhani , her dread is what if he brings the unholy, inauspicious widow back to this house? Kanak in her visitations to babu ji is always on the lookout for his strategies, which he never gives away but deals with her in his typical patriarchal ways. Dashrant knows he has to hold on to Kanak as one who is the soft touch for getting access to Viplav .So he plays upon her maternal instinct and vows that till he is alive that widow never set foot in to his house !
Viplav tries to kill the scorpion, with the pounce of the broom handle! the question is whether this arachnid Viplav's plastic replica or a real one? with Viplav, his sense of humour is not hidden, and if it's his make belief one, then the joke really is on the density of dear Dhani! mind you she doesn't wait and comes up with her usual resistance against Viplav by taking the broom from him! it's harmless, he says, that's fine! even if it stings you? but you won't let me kill it! for according to you it's a sin.. if you say so shall should he keep it as a pet , feed it, care for it, this is what she wants? she replies, he saved her life from being stung! and so she'll save its life.. end off! and he mumbles smitten.. it's what you say that's wins me over! and she snarls what did you say? whatever you say speak loudly so I can hear! .. always mumbling, and she goes off in a huff. He looks on that's what I can't do Dhani.. say what I feel, wish you could hear what my heart feels for you.. Now with regards to this scorpion ,given the fact that it was a real one.. Dhani lets it live despite the fact that it could have harmed her .. does it reveal to us that Dhani may in future let scorpions like Dashrant and Tripurari live toodespite the fact that they plan to kill her? if Viplav attempts to take serious action against Tripurari , will Dhani stop Viplav??
Dhani comes out with dustpan and brush to set free the scorpion.. the goons still search and decide to go into malkaans house.. just before they step in, the voice of a girl oyeee heloo! stops them , and she boldly asks them what they were doing?? roaming around like it's a picnic spot! she tells them, they look like thieves! they say they are not she's mistaken and she says she'll call the police, who'll decide their true identity! They run off! she shouts stop ! Viplav comes out due to the noise sees the girl back and calls out, any problem?she reels around to check him. before Viplav and Dhani , stands a modern city girl with a wheelie , a rucksack on her shoulders. Viplav asks who she was ?and she replies you're standing in my house, and asking me who I am?he replies politely , relax haven't come here to take over your house. maalkin comes and asks piya why are you getting angry ? Piya glares at Viplav and replies who is this bloke? who stands on my property! and has the nerve to ask me who I am ! and whose this girl who wear my old clothes! any way they are rejects! not my style . malkan explains, who they were, Viplav isnt well so they are staying over for a few days.. they are lovely people .. she didn't say they are a married couple.. Piya says, dadi you trust anyone! all men are the same shouldn't ever trust them! and dadi says, she mustn't say that about guests .. and she chirps forget it dadi! is my room ready sarla kaki? When she leaves ,her dadi says to Viplav , look son don't mind her, she's a bit stubborn, heaven alone knows what issues she has with men? don't know when she'll understand that one needs a good life partner .. may be she'll get the message after seeing you two.. and when she leaves Viplav says to dhani . she is not auntie's granddaughter but her mother!..piya turns out to be outspoken and shirty,just as her dadi had painted her out to be. For someone who has issue with men, she seems to size up Viplav when she first sets eyes on him. Dhani seemed by the looks Piya gave her, as typical quiet girl, harmless girl. Dhani herself just stared at Piya accepting her clearly as the granddaughter of their saviour. For Viplav though she is not a cultural shock ,as he has had experience of the inner city...
Viplav enters their room finds Dhani ,doing something her back to him. Seeing no one is about he thinks today no cat ,scorpion will come in between her.. steps forward , but then goes chicken! feels his heart and says, damn it! didn't beat so badly even at an exam like it does now.. Dhani turns, looks at him suspiciously and asks, if he ok? and whimpers weakly, noerhhh.. worriedly she asks why what's wrong? and he grabs her hand presses her hand against his heart, whinges, see hear how it goes boom teety boom! Dhani goes, if you stress so much then that's going to happen, till the road is not made we'll have to stay here! so you stressing will not repair the road any quicker. Viplav is put off by her dense mind! and in a mood he sits down on the bed, and moans, who wants to leave in the first place.. she glares and he changes his tune no I meant we tried to leave but due to roadworks we are now delayed.. Dhani says, he baffles her, a while ago he said we should return, to our families who will be concerned. Now you're saying you want to stay here.. Dhani turns away and carries on with her chores as she mumbles he's gone off the rails! Viplav says, it's true I am behaving oddly.. Viplav gets his impulse to yet again make his sentiment known to her. it clearly appears that , the scorpion induced hug effect has worn off and he needs recharging! people say it's because, one is in love? today I need to say it don't be such a coward!today. he'll act like a romantic hero! behind her he emulates the moves of an idyllic hero kneeling in proposal or cotton reel presenting mode! He swans and twirls around, pretending to waltz with her, and he spreads his arms to hug her, she turns around! says, what on earth is going on? he starts to bend and stretch his arms , does jumping splits on his feet ! and laughs nervously and replies, nothing was stress busting by exercising! then as soon as she turns, he starts his gig around her suddenly he twirls! ends up in her face! loses his balance! He falls backward on the bed! she too, lucky for him! topples over him and they both land up on the bed! this time Dhani half way above his chest! her hair slips on his face.. slowly he moves her hair from his face with his finger, as he looks lovingly into her hooded eyes that look down at him...
Piya and grandma come in and Piya jokes, at least maintain some privacy , close the door and Viplav stands up from the bed.. he looks shifty malkin apologizes for coming on at an awkward time ,and he says nooo we just slipped I promise ask Dhani she'll tell you! mailkan says Piya and Dhani are going to the shops and she wants himto accompany them.. that's all I came to say. she leaves. priya says its ok yaar chill I can go myself.. and Dhani looks up at him and decides noerhh we'll come and Viplav who wanted Dhani to ok it agrees to go with the girls. Piya teases ok, but next time make sure you close the door but, Viplav is miffed what is this confusion? why can't I express my love to her? instead these people are making me grind for their own god.
Posters carried by the goon to be stuck in the market. The trio walk on road and Viplav gives Dhani a sided look and he muses, how easy it is for the hero in the films to express his feelings! gentle breeze blows, the hero sings a song and I love you is conveyed to his lady love, here with him, instead of a gentle breeze I am being deflated. Ice cream vendor rolls in playing the song dheere dhree and Piya asks want ice cream? Dhani refuses but Viplav says yes! she can see that Viplav says one thing and Dhani another.. Viplav says to dhani remember the sing? and he has FBs, then he asks, Piya nice song? she replies, yes it's her favourite .. Viplav already is taking to Piya, she's not bad, in fact fairly easy going.. Dhani begins to see.. but of course she'd rather not see! They eat ice cream cones,as they walk on the road. Dhani's cone topples on the road! not that she was bothered, she said no in the first place! Viplav gallantly gives her his cone, and Dhani refuses,but he insists ,we can half n' half.. as husband and wife do.. but Dhani was not going to say yes to the offer, mouth what was mouthed by him! as a result Viplav then throws his cone on the road too! piya says what a love story! the girls ice cream drops and the boy throws away his to... now this scene to me shows insensitivity on the part of CV's.. clearly showing through a powerful medium it's ok to be a litterbug! I know it was a love scene..pardons if readers think I am nit picking.. hers was an accident but him following suit deliberately.. tuk tuk.. They come to a bangle stall , piya says there's nothing that interests her.. good for Viplav, he says he wants to buy for Dhani! lets see and Piya then joins him. Dhani muses ,why is he putting on such an act?..viplav choses red ones for her, gives her a sided look and imagines he held her hand and pushed red bangles on her folded palm on to her wrist.. Piya looks at the bangles in his hand and asks so you bought these for Dhani ?and he gives Dhani a sided look he only dreamt... but he holds the bangles before his face and smiles then leaves as Dhani didn't seem interested..
Viplav turns notices the poster and recalls him telling DashrantTripurari is behind his disappearance.. Viplav is confused.. this poster did dada ji put it before Viplav briefed him? Tripurari.. he furrows his brow..
Seems viplav's expression of love to the sedate dhani continues.but to no avail.. why is that? what's missing in his method? premparbat gave a brilliant comment on my monday take try ,try, try again.. would like if you may see it..please.. piya.. seems here to give dhani a wake up call! .. ohh yes.. hammie has not proof read it as its 5.am GMT here... 🥱... jen.. are you awake? aimf? heloooerhhh... hamlet53 16.12.15
Precap: sarla kaki hold a bundle of folded laundered clothes and asked , the top one is yours you had it on when you came it was hevily soiled with muddy stands but now it's l white like a widows sari.. you're married why would you be in a widows sari? Tripuri asks aman have you seen thses two he says yes Viplav comes from the side dressed in an blue overshirt over his white kurta..
