I too felt the same while watching that beating scene. It isn't like Viplav's way of taking revenge. We saw Viplav using his brains in such occasions. But maybe cvs wanted to please masses by showing this much needed revenge after what Phool Chand did to Dhani..by clicking her pics and watching Viplav undressing her. I am still fuming with anger that while Viplav was turning his head away to not see Dhani's body..that lech pandit had a view and maybe clicke more pics.😡 Yes. He deserves death for this. But as you said it isn't Viplav's way.

The second thought is maybe cvs wanted us to feel that Viplav can go to any extent to protect Dhani.😳 yes shield of protection.. love hammie

Yes, the explanations you give are plausible. But in the future, the CVs need to be careful of such details. Otherwise, as their slips starts to show, the show starts to slip.😆
