Changes made

Note: the reason this is still sticky is because i knew this would happen and that changes would need to be made therefore its just easier to have this on the 1st page instead of having to go look for it, also i can keep track of who is not posting on what day without having to click on updates pages and take the longer route. Also if members are not able to update they can find out easily who their backup for the day is or post here and get a response...
