I'm so happy Ishqi is questioning Ahaan. Last week's episode had me confused tbh--Ahaan said he knew something was but then I really didn't get why he was having those monologues. No matter what y'all say, I got a feeling he did question Ishqi's disappearance, even if it was for a second and just in the spur of that moment because of the maanglik thing. He had complained to Ishqi about her not giving in to anyone to satisfy her ego in the earlier episode and when she was nowhere to be found, he must have thought she took an impulsive step. I'm assuming that didn't last long, definitely not after he overheard the elders talking about Rheaan marriage and also Karthik's call, but he did doubt Ishqi. I'm glad our girl is clearing thing up from the get go instead of taking the mahaan forgive and forget route😎 Ja Ishqi, dho le apne hubby ko

Ahaan’s ideaology is “Trust But Verify”.

Ahaan doesn’t trust anyone blindly. He did not trust Mayank, his best friend blindly. When ishqi came with waiter to tell Mayank spiked her drink, he did ask waiter and did not just say mayank won’t do it. Ahaan doesn’t trust dadi also blindly. He asked pandit the truth.
Ahaan for a moment might have thought ishqi left but he soon realized Ishqi won’t do it. As he said he just had intuition but not proof. So he did trust ishqi but verified it with the proof. That’s what it looks to me.
