It has not lost its spark yet but definitely i am getting bore of those negative characters..2 churail sarla ,dadi + 1 hyena mayank ,sonus idiocy act ,above all ishkis rona dhona ..her tears made me annoyed rather than feel sad..😠 abt

Ikr, he looks way younger than his age, even younger than what he used to look 7 years ago ( as Randhir). He's stuck at 24-25 it seems!

As some comment said this FL is much better than other FLs of Gul and ML is not that bad too..I'm liking this lead pair and their clash ..

The ML is definitely the best actor Gul has ever cast as a male lead, so I don’t think she’ll let him go after the show ends. He may get more web work with her production house.

I personally think the reason why we aren’t seeing trps is because the age gap is obviously too large (Param looks far too old next to Akshita) and Param’s fans who are mostly used to him in youth and web shows have become disengaged as a result.

This show could have been elevated to another level if Ishqi had been played by an older actress with a large youth fanbase - someone like Erica Fernandes, Surbhi Jyoti or Surbhi Chandna (for example) who has lost weight recently and looks years younger than Param despite being the same age. Or a young actress like Ashnoor Kaur who is genuinely talented and also has a large tv fanbase . But I guess Four Lions didn’t have the budget to cast a more talented FL.

I think its a great show as long as gul khan stops introducing evil and more evil and concentrates on the chemistry and fun stuff ...she is Ekta on steroids when it comes to numerous negative characters taking over the show

I too like this pair. The ML lead looks great. How does it matter how old the actors are in their real life. All that matters is the chemistry on the screen, and these two seem perfectly suited for each other. As long as they don’t show the usual saas/ bahu kitchen politics and of course too much negativity, I am with this show.

The main lead couple's sizzling chemistry is the sole reason I got hooked to the episode. They look too cute together. Honestly I had no idea Akshita is this young when I started the show and Param , this old. I secretly shipped them in real life 😂😅.

IMO , the only other actress who could have looked good(not better) with Param Singh is Tejaswi Prakash.

@bold I agree on that. Param is a phenomenal actor and Gul can never get someone better than him as ML. He's very convincing as Ahaan and have very potential to lift a scene solely.

I completely understand you POV. But, it's a matter of fact that we know Akshita and Param's age gap and bound to think they don't suit next to each other. But forgetting the fact, they do look good onscreen, and I personally don't think Param looks that old to Akshita. They share a cute chemistry, and viewers have really started admiring them as one adorable couple. This definitely isn't the reason for low trps, I can bet on that. Sony Channel doesn't have high trps for daily soaps, they mainly focus on content and ease to attract audience.

And I'm Param's fan since his youth show and still very much engaged ❤️

I guess Akshita is doing her job pretty good, if not best. She's new to the field, and will improve as the time passes. Since this character as people say is very similar to Zoya/Anika, I don't think SJ/SC would be interested to pull one more. They would even look older to Param. Ashnoor I agree is a decent actress. Akshita has just started, and I'm sure she'll hold huge fanbase someday. One has to start from baseline to reach the stardum. 🤗
