She quitely went to the small hut where she ans her parents were supposed to live. She excitedly looked at the surroundings of hwr house and a smile crept on her face.
"Relishing the nature, aren't you?"
Kunti asked her keeping hee hand on her shoulder. She simply nodded smiling and looked at her surroundings. She looked at the chirping birds in the barks of tree, and the flying leaves of Autumn. His mother said her name should be Sharada, the Autumn. Pandu remained silent in all his way remembering the words said by Vasuki.
She is the Urja of Mahadev. How can I control her? Her anger? Should I tell it to all? She will be misused. By all. All the Kings passing by would misuse her. What should I do?
He was so merged in his thoughts, he didn't notice he arrived at their small hut. Madri ran to the entrance leaving everything and shock crept her face. Her eyes widened seeing a new maiden with them.
"By Ma Ganga, I didn't see such a beautiful lady. Who is she?"
Her mind led conclusion, but Kunti answered smiling.
"She is our daughter, your daughter, blessing of Yagya Dev."
Her face beamed with smile.
"But full grown?!"
"You don't need to know more. We are sending her to Hastinapur."
"Hastinapur!"
Madri and Kunti said in chorus. Her face darkened hearing a new name and new place.
Is he going to abandon me?
"What are you saying, Swami! How is it possible!"
Kunti's voice choked hearing the concludions.
"She is blesing of Mahadev, Muni Rishyashringa said to take care of her. How can we abandon her!"
A tear escaped from her eyes. She looked at her parents who were now debating.
"The decision is over, Kunti."
He left for his room backing his face from her daughter.
"Wait, Lord."
Kunti held his hands from behind.
"Rishi had said we need to take her everytime we wish for offspring. She is renewal."
Her eyes reddened while saying.
"We can't abandon her even if we wish to, Lord. She is our Laxmi."
~In Hastinapur~
Bhishma stood in surprise with sudden mention of Ved Vyas.
"What he can do, Mother?"
"Don't you remember how he helped us in our distress? He has his ways. He will definitely do something. First go and tell someone to go and inform about it!"
Her eyes drooled with tears of happiness. The soft crease of moon fell on the corridor, mixing with the red flames present in the room.
"First I should go and tell it to Ambika, Ambalika and Gandhari."
She marched quickly to Gandhari's chamber. Her heart sank seeing her crying uncontrollably. She sensed Satyavati's presence broke herself more. Satyavati ran to her bed.
"Stop, dear. Stop. We got way."
"What will be now doing everything. My Lord went with my ownaid. Where should I go now!"
She digged herself in Satyavati's arms amd looked at the lifeless pit of meat.
~In Dhristrashtra's chamber~
Priyal, the maid of Gandhari fearing went to Dhritrashtra clenching her clothes. She knew what could be the conclusions when a king invites a maid. She slowly went towards the window where Dhrishrashtra was resting looking at the moon.
"Samrat."
She called out him glancing down andkeeping her hands together.
"What service may I give you?"
Dhritrashta came forward and she stumbled back.
"Give me the pleasure which your Mistress couldn't give me."
His eyes darkened in anger and frustration. She felt the heat coming on her body and walked back.
"Bu-but I am maid."
Soon her walking pace finished. Her back touched the wall.
"You're a woman."
He brought out all frustration on her, and all she could was to tolerate this torture.
"Dhritrashtra!"
He jolted when he heard a bang on the door. Satyavati furiously banged to the door. Her hands made a fist her anger fueled remembering Gandhari's words.
My Lord is with my own mistress. Maybe I should end this furtile life, Rajmata!
"You need to answer me, Dhristrashtra. Open the door!"
He pushed Priyal vigorously in other side while she tried to protect her skin covering with her arms. Irritated, he opened the door lazily.
"What are you doing here at night?"
"How can you stoop so low! Here we are hoping for a new hope, you are enjoying! Don't you have that least shame you should support your wife instead of whoring?"
She slapped the door glaring at the maid in vulerable situation.
"Oh please don't talk about whoring. You were the one giving birth to Vyas who was NOT my grandfather's son. You were the one seducing King Shantanu in your claws and then reign over. Just say you're insecure your rule is gone."
He took the cold handle of the door and shut. Tears strolled from her eyes and she stopped the door casting her eyes on the ground.
"Are-are you drunk? You're here cuz I am here. You're here insulting the person who gave you life. You're insulting the person who might set everything alright. Well I think I was wrong."
She left the door and walked back, but a scream stopped her.
"Do you know how if feels not seeing the world? Do you know the feeling of being ignored? Were you devoid of a father? Eyesight? No! You had everything but I have nothing even having everything."
He broke down to the floor sobbing with hiccups. Her eyes moistened looking at him. She knelt down touching his arms and lifting his chins up.
"Everything will be alright, dear. Just have patience."
He hugged her tightly, resting his head on her shoulders
Lord, what ploys do you have!
She looked at the window drizzling with the thunders and pouring over rain. The moon slided and unslided between the clouds, illuminating dark and lihht in the room. The stars twinkled like her tears, and her eyes widened seeing the peacock feather of Narayan escaping through the clouds!!
~In Kailash~
"Narayan Narayan! What is this Prabhu! One side life is getting ignored and other side one is craving for life!"
Narada exclaimed looking at the turning events of the both coins.
"This what the world is,Narada. Who gets, don't want it, and who wants, don't get it. The value matters the most."
Mahadev opened his lotus eyes from penance and quenched his curiosity.
"When will it stop, lord?"
"Only when the Changer will descend."
