Krishna's sister Subhadra is worshipped in the Jagannatha Temple in Puri, alongwith her brothers Jagannatha (Krishna) and Balabhadra (Balarama).
I am aware of the divine nature of Krishna & Balarama. But what about Subhadra? Various accounts claim that Subhadra is the reincarnation of Yogmaya Herself.

But wasn't Yogmaya born as the baby daughter of Nanda & Yashoda who got exchanged with Krishna? And Kansa got warned by Yogmaya Herself that Krishna is very much alive. So, what happened after to THAT baby girl afterwards?

And, after giving that warning to Kansa, did the same Yogmaya reincarnate as Subhadra (the daughter of Rohini & Vasudev, sister to Balarama, and half-sister to Krishna), many years later?
Can someone please confirm this?

And if Subhadra is NOT the reincarnation of Yogmaya, then what is her true divine nature? She is, after all, worshipped as a goddess.

You have answered your own question. Yes, the baby girl who vanished after warning Kamsa was Yogamaya and the same Yogamaya took birth as Subhadra, according to Garga Samhita.
Here comes the twist.
There is another story acc to which there was a devadasi called Padma, who asked a boon for Rishi Maudgalya and was reborn as Subhadra. Further info on that story in this thread:

So as you see, there are different versions.
