I can explain the meaning in English...

Tulsidasji says that if we want to enlighten our soul and our surroundings, we should continuously recite Ram naam frm our tounge. Here our tounge is symbolised by Dehleez(threshhold) of our house...our body is the house of our soul, and when we keep a Deepak on the main entrance of our house, it irradiates both our house and the outer surroundings in the same way if we keep Ram's name on our tounge (the enrtry /threshold of our body), it helps us keeping both our inner being and outer surroundings pure and enlightening!

Isn't it good?
