Tellybuzz in talks with telly celebs about who according to them bags the award of being the best celebrity of the year 2012.

They have ruled our hearts with spectacularly sizzling performance, they have made us blush and skip our heart beats with their aura on the small screen. Here we are at the end of year asking them about which celeb ruled their heart.
