But even I think it must be Kaushalya, Sunaina, Mandodari, or maybe Kaikeyi (though Hemakshi Ujjain is very close to Debina's age!). I doubt it's Sangeeta Kapure as she's working in a show herself, right?

Okay, here are my quick views on episodes 1 & 2. What did you all think?

Episode One

Positives

1) Fantastic start to the epic! I loved how they showed the return of Dashrath from war and the way he saw all the soldiers meeting with their children. It really made us feel pity for his situation.🥺

2) The introduction of the queens was also nice. I remember that when I first saw the show, I was impressed with the sets and the grandness of everything. The junior Sagars made use of their resources and gave the Ramayana a magical touch. I loved the sets!

3) Dashrath's conversation with his ancestors and Vasishta's suggestion for him to go to Rishi Shringa was fast-paced and well done. I like that they did not drag this scene and showed it very precisely without making it look rushed. The pace for this serial was almost always perfect until it reached Kishkindha Kand, lol.

4) Beautiful songs!!! I can never get tired of Ravindra Jain's melodious compositions during every episode. From episode #1 itself the songs were sooo beautiful.

Negatives

1) This was mentioned in previous conversations, but during the beginning episodes of Ramayan, Kaikeyi and Sumitra were given dresses that showed cleavage. It was unnecessary and made the queens seem a bit indecent, especially since none of the younger ladies like Sita, Urmila, Mandavi, or Shrutakirti ever showed their cleavage. When they were dressed decently, it didn't make sense to show Sumitra and Kaikeyi (esp Kaikeyi) like that.😕

2) Manthara was as usual irritating. I wish they did not give her so much screen space right now. It would have been better had she entered the storyline during latter Bal Kand or Ayodhya Kand. Showing her in every family scene ruined its sweetness and really made the viewers feel irritated. Manthara was give far too much screen space in the beginning of the show.

Other than that, I have no other negatives! Loved the episode thoroughly.

What is happening around? I am fine! Not hospitalised leave alone any heart problem. Just big muscle spasm on my back is blown big. Sad!

Don't worry at all and don't panic. Everybody gets a muscle spasm and I m in pain for that 2-3 days rest and I will be back on my feet
