Yes Debina is from 1983. Her real name is Debina Bandhopadhyay actually(checked from a contest) and 1983 is her birthyear which was written there also⭐️

I am not sure about Bandhopadhyay being a Brahmin last name but Debina changed her surname as according to her, her nana(maternal grandfather) is the reason that she is in this industry. So she "owes"her succes to him😊
