heyyy...wat happened in DSK today... I cudn't seee it... as we were watching "BAL GANESHA" :D ... I thought they 'll show DSK @ 11 pm... but they dint... :( :( :(

No no di that baby is not pradyumna...they are now showing Krutverma is blessed with a son and Devaki mata is vry happy as she treats Krutverma as her son...so shez very eager to see the newbie...but KV's wife is supertitious that Devaki is "abhishaapith"(now what is the english word for this...😛...i mean her first six babies died because they were born to her...blah blah things and she doesnt want her child to be blessed by Devaki out of superstition...

This promo showed that Devaki hold the baby in her arms and fed him with the charnamrit and that very moment the baby dies...

@ankita...i didnt see the whole epi but starting.mein they showed what i wrote above and then Krishna enters into the scene n tries to console Kv's wife but she keeps on blaming Devaki fir her child's death...then Krishna gets angry n says ur child wil b alive again by d evening wgen my.mother will hold him in her arms...and i promise this will happen at any cost...for that even if i have to.reverse the time i will..

I didnt see aftr this...

By the way is dis a true story?i nvr heard dis earlier...

I don't think this story is true...at least, I don't think it's written in any of the main sources.😕 It doesn't even make sense, because by this time people recognize Krishna as the avatar of Lord Vishnu, so why would they blame Devaki, who is exalted as the mother of God, for the death of a child? Most likely this is a fictional story made up by the CVs to take up some time before introducing Subhadra, Jambavathi, and Satyabhama. Maybe they haven't chosen any actresses yet. Hope Debina will be one of them though, lol.

I can do that pic update, dear...let me just finish Sita Swayamvar first and also the next part of Ayodhya Kand...will def do it then for sure.

@Ankita,

Yesh, dear, all the tinypic links got deleted. :( We lost so many RSR pic updates because of this, it really sucks! I'll def try to put up SiyaRam Vivah soon as well.

Here's my plan for upcoming RSR pic updates:

1. Finish Sita Swayamvar

2. Ayodhya Kand - Ram convinces people of Ayodhya not to revolt/Mat Jaao

3. Lakshman gets hit by the Shakti and Hanuman revives him with Sanjeevani

4. SiyaRam Vivah (all the way up to first night scene after they reach Ayodhya)

5. Ayodhya Kand - Ram meets Guha and convinces Kevat to ferry him across Sarayu.

6. Shri Ram and Sita Maiyya's Rajyabhishek (both from RSR and ASR if I find time...unless Mina beats me to it😉)

7. Hanuman's meeting with Vibhishan during Sundar Kand/Hanuman sees Ravan and Mandodari sleeping

For now I think that will keep me quite busy.😆

Btw Deeps, you might want to make a banner for the next pic gallery, since we're almost done with this one.😉 This time, since the amount of mytho serials everyone likes has increased, don't include mytho pics and just make a text banner, like you did for mine and Pari's shops.

I'll continue the previous post on the previous page aftr some time...for now about the welcome banner...actually di i was thinking about making a gaint collage of all the mytho shows for which we have pic updates in this gallery or something animated where single character of each mytho appearing when the animation moves on...i know its a bit complicated but i'll try.if works...or else i will leave this animated banner for the dsk.thread which we discussed to have on mm...and i'll try.to make the way i made banners for you n pari di...but in that case what objects apart from Shiva's trishul and damru plus Krishna's flute n peacock feather, to use in it???i.dont.wanaa use those dolls or angels for the pic gall of mm 😛

Will be back in 10-15mins...heading to the washroom now 🤣

Giant collage sounds good...but last time, a few members complained to me through PM that they felt the pic gallery at MM was partial towards the popular shows only, since the lesser known mythos were not represented in it. It'll be really difficult for you to include pics of every mytho ever made, so instead of ruffling people's feathers, I think it would be a good idea to do a simple text banner. That way, no partiality will be shown and your life will be made easier also.

For the object, maybe you could use an 'OM' symbol? We would again be accused of partiality if we use either a peacock feather or trishul, so maybe you could just do a nice, simple 'OM' and be done with it...or, you can also do a cow since cows are central to Hindu worship and everyone prays to Gomata.

Omg i never knew this happened di...but we tried to include every mytho which we used to discuss before d forum...anyways lets not get more into this...

Hey i.have one more simple idea...using Lord Ganesha's pic...as he is Pratham Pujya for Hindus...nobody wud ques then...
