Voting aren't opened for USA/Canada. But there's an stupid yet smart trick. You request one of your friends from India to buy an Airtel mobile connection with international raoming facility activated. And request him/her to ship the SIM card to wherever you are located, job done! This will work but the charges are quite expensive. Also am not sure if specialized SMS services will work if you are on roaming. 😉
