Deepali is not a baby, she's very intelligent and can take care of her self. I think puja has said what's in her heart, true maybe she should have said it in a better way without being rude about it. When in the competition they couldn't say what's in their hearts cos they have to act all goody goody i guess but when she got the chance she said everything that she felt. i won't say it's the best move but maybe she was really upset and at that age when your really upset you tend to say what you feel.

one more thing Amit is not a trainned singer. he has no classical trainning what so ever. so puja is wrong there i think.

Even though I like puja I do agree she could have said some things differently. But I don't think one interview is enough to decide whether or not she is a good human being, especially when it's a written interview because they can twist your words. Also...she's only 17. Most 17 year olds i know have a lot of growing up to do (no offense to any 17 yrs olds..i'm just talking about the ones i know lol 😆 ) and I think although puja is pretty mature for her age she still has some growing up to do as well. We can't expect her (or a lot of the other contestants) to be perfect people because most of them are so young and they're going to make mistakes and learn from them too. Basically all i'm saying is...puja's a kid so try not to take her so seriously because in the next few years she'll probably be a more mature person and she'll handle things differently than she did when she was just 17 and a contestant on indian idol. She's too young for us to judge what kind of a person she is. We don't even know her personally. When she grows up then maybe we can make that decision. For now I don't think she's necessarily good or bad...she's just a kid who's growing up. Let's just leave it at that for now.

Some things to think about -

People have mentioned that puja has guts to say what she did...I don't think her comments show her guts or daring or whatever.

Even I can say that compared to Deepali, Ankita is not that good...anyone can say that and it's perfectly OK to say things like that - I am only upset by the way Puja decided to say it - there's a right way and a wrong way and obviously Puja took the wrong way by saying "Ankita is nothing"...
hello, if you didn't register right away that this was just meant to be an underhanded way of insulting Ankita, then something is wrong here (you may not like Ankita but don't defend Puja for being a jerk, sorry for the language)

On a side note -
hats off to Puja for stating the obvious that voting pattern is wrong, that Ankita's singing is not up to the mark like Deepali's and that Deepali's exit was a sad one

On another note to Puja -
we don't care if we select a singer who doesn't have so-called training in singing - we want someone who sounds good to us...how they got there DOESN'T MATTER!

I don't understand why you are not getting what people are so riled up about - it's not about her message! it's how she conveyed it!

Honestly though, you don't think Puja could have been a little bit nicer in her interview? All I'm saying is, have a little respect for your colleagues - don't go out and backstab them like that

If she has an opinion about Ankita, then feel free to say it but don't degrade her and PLEASE don't flaunt your so-called training (the janta will pick a singer who they think sounds good, training or no training)
