alisha...she doesn't know what she's talking about, has clear favourites and blatantly expresses her admiration for them even when they don't deserve all that praise, giggles like a school girl...basically, she's not a good judge.

yeah anu malik can be harsh and sometimes i don't understand him lol 😆 but i think alisha is the judge who gives the least helpful comments. and at times she shows a lot of favoritism (more than the other judges)

I love Alisha as singer buti don't like alisha as judge.😆

Alisha, she definetly doesn't take an unbiased veiw towards the contestants, rather she gives better comments to the singers whom she personally likes (Chang) even when the other judges may have said the exact opposite. She also never tells the contestants how they could become better, just tells them what went wrong. She isn't even that great of a singer, although I liked her voice in Kajra Re. These are just my thoughts, and I hope I didn't upset any Alisha fans 😳
