THE BEST - why EMON, why not AMIT????

I, personally, see 'Amit Pal' is the only strong contender to our 'Born Singer' Emon. So what do you all think Emon's assets against Amit????

Let me start.. Everytime I see Emon's performance.. It's the same.. he never missed the beat.. so consistent.. And the way he sings is so natural.. he sings with no stress.. no tension.. Anyone can just lay back, close their eyes and enjoy his singing..

At the other hand Amit is a good singer too.. No doubt.. But he seemed little strained to me.. And his voice differs from time to time.. I mean one day he was too great and another day he was down.. I dont like that.. And I dont think he has a flexible voice like Emon..

Lastly Amit's been bitten more times, comparatively, by Judges than Emon. :)

Amit is best for me over Emon 😳

I'm a fan of them too.. both r great singers.. i should say emon more.. but than amit has tried various types of songs.and also did good judgement on most, plus also he's a good performer.. May the best one win. 😃

I like both but for me emon has a slight edge over amit. go emon! lol 😊

For me both are equal
Amit has a voice better suited for romantic heart felt songs. he has a very husky voice which is very nice to listen to. Amit has no classical trainning but he's doing just as well as those who have that extra edge.

Emon has the best singing. he knows note variations, where to change pitch and all. This is due to his trainning i guess. He also has a lot of energy and he can make you feel dancing to his singing.

So for me Amit and Emon are different but yet equals in their talent. may the best man win

No hidden fact that I am hardcore Amit fan😛 but if I have to weigh pros and cons of the only 2 actual singers left in the show then

Priya, You are right. May the best man (between these two) win.

Both are great singers and the only singers left in Indian Idol.

Amit has tried various songs and mind you the toughest around. Emon usually has the same type of singing no changes of course he is effortless.

Now to win the title there is one big requirement and that is votes......Amit has a lot whereas Emon is always in need of them.

Emon might not even reach top 3 becaue of the lack of votes....But he has nothing to fear....he has a good future. Amit will surely win the title.

Amit is the most versatile singer at this time. Amit can sing all mid 70-80 songs,R.D. Burman's songs..which Emon cant sing since his voice does not suite it in first place. Amit has excellent voice modulation than Emon. Emon can sing songs mostly in high notes while Amit has tried everything from low notes to high notes. Check out Emon's last performance when he was totally off during low notes. Emon has sung 60% songs of Sonu Nigam and that is his biggest drawback. He should not sing any Sonu Nigam song now. The only strong point for Emon is that he is trained and to win over Amit, he should sing some classical old song..(like Laaga chunari me daag -- last year it was sung by Amey Date...it was awesome)...this will make him the versatile singer and will help him to win over Amit Paul.
