Complete package- who is judging?

A lot of people have said II is about a complete package, but can someone tell me who is judging this complete package? Anu Malik is a music director,Javed Ji is a lyricist, Alisha and Udit singers. In the previous seasons we had Farah to judge performance, but this year all the judges are related to singing. Then why do people keep saying performance when noone is judging this performance?
