She may be a good singer for her age, but she is an idiot first of all. She doesnt have a personality, everything she says doesnt come out like she means it, nothing comes from the heart and last but not least, she is not mentally prepared.

in short: she is not ready

I actually agree with javedji on richa. she has everything but a pakka voice. not her fault. but she can be II 2-3 years later

very well said....I don't think Richa is an idiot....I think she has not got much exposure to life yet and she is more innocent as compared to other contestants....I also find pooja innocent.....and as per reegard to her voice ...there are other contestants whose voice also sound like childish....about the attitude as elegant jatti explains that we see only what Indian Idol shows us ......and they want to show only masala masala and not the whole truth...

being innocent does not means you don't have personality....i think she can gain her confidence.....and she should because she is extremely talented
