why doesn't sony promote all singers

Today singers like amit paul and anish were very very good...but we had never heard them b4😕 why does sony just promote a few of its singers...like in the guys they just show more of emon, chang and suhit...i agree chang and emon are real good...but what abt the others..😕 now because of us not even knowing what these ppl are..there is danger of them getting out... its sad cuz they are really talented..
