You are right about Beedi song but the truth is people fall for catchy numbers. Mauli Dave sang Maiyya Maiyya and everyone was mesmerized. Sumana was not bad but she chose a soft number so lost it to Mauli. I wish someone sings 'Maula mere maula' from Anwar.
