so doesnt really matter whose turn comes first 😊

Aunj ( 6th March 1975 ) ..was his birthday date ....as mods fav is amey so they overlooked that ..and made amey idol as its his birthday month ...so now i think u all shld make anuj as idol of the week 😆

why asking members votes now if u guys decided previous Idols with ur own reasons ? 😕

If it was to avoid controversy then u guys should have done this first week itself....

Sandy album launched firstly & it were in NO#1 charts for some time...he also got bollywood award for best debutant...Karunya got a hit playback song too...

I dont find any meaning to this topic now especially after selecting 2 idols...So u guys should have moved on with ur reasons of taking idol ...

Also already some mod confirmed that idol of week was just a random thing & not based on who is more popular in IF & not who achieved more & all...So pls move like the way u have done to select Idols before... 😛

We could have made Anuj the idol, but we need participation too.

We cannot just make a post and keep it for a week for the sake of it. 😳

We dont see much Anuj fans here, so its dissappointing to post Idol of the week for him and geting hardly any response on the thread.

Its such a small thing why do we make it a controversy

We are going with those who are popular coz then only we will get replies here, if we put a post for an idol of whom there are no supporters whats the use of it 😕

I came up with this idea when the malibu with mal thing got cancelled and then we thought we will continue it with the rest as well.

And we chose Meenal second as her album was recently launched and more of its talks were going on.

There is nothing personal going on here.
And we thought of giving this chance to members to ask for their views only.

If you are just not happy with it just simply let it go 😊..we shall go with those are willing to go ahead with us.

Fine, if you think Sandeep launched his first album and should be given the chance will give him chance this week.

Sandeep will be the Idol of this week

As soon as we gather questions for Sandeep we shall put up the thread.

We did not base it on popularity because we thought this would be taken in the right spirit...we focussed more on what was happening with the idol currectly.

Anuj and Karunya's birthday passed even before we thought about this activity. Currently Amey was going to celebrate his birthday, and that too on IF and he was also promoting II3.

Meenal's album also released recently and is in talk currently. She is also judging for II3 and promoting it.

Karunya may have done playback singing, but we didnt have any news from him recently, or atleast it was not posted as a seperate thread on II, so we did not see it. Same for Antara. Anuj is doing shows but his fanfare on IF isnt so big. Sure we did not look at popularity, but that does not mean we close our eyes and pick any idol for no reason. Panna also is doing shows and is working on an album. But we did not chose him either as currently we did not get news from his side, and also his fanfare on IF has decreased very much. Monali did playback but that too was not recent or current.

You need to understand that we only did this as a fun activity, but members took it too seriously. We did not do research to see who has mores fans on I-F, who has more fanclubs. We talked amongst ourselves as a team and looked at what the Idol's are doing themselves recently, and who should be appropriate to make the threads on.

But if members do not like our decision and selection system, then we will leave the decision to the members themselves. Hence this poll was created.

I would have let it go or ignore it if there was no Antara name in this poll...

Being a fan of antara hw can I just ignore it...😳I have ignored already some threads last some days so that no controversy or fight come...😃I also accepted both idols by participating on them too...😛

Still I didnt get answer for wht I were asking... one mod says its not who is more popular in IF & all its just a random thing & which really showed in first 2 idols case too..😃

If I participated in both without making any controversy in forum then i think I have the right to come here now & ask this question..If it was just random thing for first 2 idols just go that way pls !!!
