Himesh Vs Annu Malik and their promises:) - Page 3

aadesh gave songs to 3 SRGMP contestants in 1 movie. and songs were also not bad.
and aadesh also gave a song to himani in some stupid movie called Chingaari.

himesh is on top of the world now and he is giving chance to everyone. wheather they are from SRGMP or not.
the new singers he gave chance to were jayesh gandhi, tulsi kumar, amrita kak, akriti kakkar (she sang some stupid item remixes), saru maini (she had a pop album this year called Ishq Hua, i saw the music video on tv all day), vijay yesudas, arya.
and from II he gave song to abhijeet sawant and his taking him on world tour.
and from SRGMP he gave 2 songs to vinit, 2 songs to himani, 1 song for hemu, and he said he will give 1 song to debojeet.
himesh always uses sameer for his lyrics, but in the movie ahista ahista himesh used a new lyricsist whose name is irshaad kaamil.
so as himesh is getting success he is also bringing new comers success with him. 👏 👏 👏 👏

anu malik gave some songs to rahul vaidya and prajakta shukre in movie shaadi no.1
and also he gave 1 song to amit sana in kalyug.
but these songs were not as good as wat SRGMP contestants got.
i hope he will give better songs to II contestants, because he is not a bad music director. he has so many hits like Baazigar, Main Hoon Na, Fiza, Ajnabee, Border, Refugee, Baadshah, Josh, and etc.

i heard ismail darbar will give songs to SRGMP contestants, but i dont think he has given any yet. 😕
he said he will give a duet to sharib with lataji 😕

Yeah Himani is taller than him but still there is chance for vinit I mean to increase his height 😛

somewhere on this forum i read that anu malik gave offers to monali, meenal, antara, karunya and amey. except monali no one accepted it because it binds them with a 3 year contract. i think that's the reason we see more of karunya, meenal and amey on tours and not monali.

There was a post in SRGMP praising HR, just on the fact that he offered songs to SRGMP contesants and also kept his promise....had to agree to what the topic starter wrote. Now we don't know WHY HR is giving Vinit, Hemu, Himani songs. Maybe cause he needs a break from singing every now and then? He's the most prolific MD (and maybe singer!) in Bollywood/music industry right now. New HR songs are released every week. Maybe established singers don't wish to work with him for whatever reasons and thats why he's offering songs to upcoming talent! Or maybe its because his songs have the HR Trademark which suit him and only him and established singers shy away from his compositions. They have their own identity and style. Regardless, I defintely give HR some credit. He hyped Vinit like anything during SRGMP Challenge but I guess he was serious in his praise of Vinit.

I don't know what contract Himani, Vinit and Hemu are under though. But HR is def giving them songs that can turn into potential chartbusters and not just group songs or ones that won't be used in the final edited film. I'm not a HR fan but its true his songs are ruling the countdown charts. But he should make sure he gives approriate songs to each singer, something that will suit them and their style. Hemu sounds really good in the Chalo Dildar Chalo but Himani is hardly audible in the song. 😕

Now Anu Malik is another story. He called Antara his playback singer. But obviously whatever he said he said for the camera. I don't blame Antara or Meenal for rejecting his so-called contracts. Malik also praised talented Aditi Paul during II1 and offered to help her with her career. Never happened but that's good. Whatever happens, happens for the best. Its good that they're away from Anu Malik and his hello madam and ek garam chai ki pyali style compositions. Rahul Vaidya and Praju are so talented but he gave them only one silly song? Everyone doesn't get easy breaks in the music industry but its like Malik is simply giving them songs for the sake of it. Better he not make any promises. Jaanemaan's music should be out soon. But its another group song. I don't know if Monali will get anymore songs under the two year contract. I mean, its a big budget film with huge actors but will Monali's song, voice get noticed? 😕

Shankar Madhavan offered Mona, Kirti songs as well when they were eliminated from FG. I havent heard anything about it yet. But Arijit is singing for SEL's Salaam-e-Ishq and so is Nihira from SRGMP. Its a big film so hope the talent is utilized in the best way possible.

I'm not 100% sure about this but I don't think he offered a contract to Amey. Anu Malik said if he had something for Amey, he would contact him. Meenal, Antara and Monali were offered contracts but only Monali accepted.

himesh reshamiya is very very successful rite now i agree and the songs he gave to vinit hemu n vinit in dil diya hai and rocky are great ofcourse they are himesh composition and his music roks. i think its gr8 that himeshji has given some of the contestants songs in his movie its great to see that and i haven't seen much of anu malik giving offers but i really hope he sticks up 2 wat he said and gives offers to the contestants he said he would to they really deserve it.
