Vipul Mehta, the jeweller ,one of the final four in Voice of India 2 he has a suberb voice.

I though he looked familiar. Devakar / Devankar (The one that can't see properly) I think he was in one of the singing shows for kids.

Charit Dixit from India Idol4 (who was eliminated in Piano round) was there at Ahmedabad auditions.
I thought contestants who reached public voting stage are not allowed to participate again.

Shreyasi Bhattacharya from SRGMP Little Champs 2009 also adutioned in Kolkata.
She is a potential Indian Idol.

Is Vipul Mehta still trying? I remember that he was good. I guess it is tough to give up on one's dreams but i hope he has an alternate career as this field is very fickle and these singing contests do not help much

Indian Idol 6 can be renamed as "All Indian singing reality shows Redux - Part 1".

Not only Vipul Mehta was in Voice of India 2, so too was Amitabh Narayan along with Sonali Dogra (who made it to the theatre round of II6). Kaushik was in SRGMP 2007 . Interesting thing, Vipul got the Man of the match award in today's show for a singing a song composed & sung by Harshit Saxena - The runner up of Voice of India-1.
