my daughter is now in year 5 and her year ends in july. she will move to year 6 when school starts in september.

what are ur plans for the vacations? going anywhere?

Not planned much. We have to reschedule her swimming and Music classes which are on Sat. & Sun resp. So we are constricted on account of that. After rescheduling those two, we have to think about our summer vacation.

sorry sailu, had to be away for a while. this time my vacation will be in india. am kinda excited about the trip, but my kid will have to miss her swimming lessons. she isn't too happy about that. i can't even think of arranging for it in india coz we will be all around the place.

Btw Sharmi didi when's your India trip???? Hope you have fun! I went to India early this year for a conference on music therapy and it was a lot of fun....went back after 31/2 years so def was due for a trip!

You are visinting what places in India? Don't worry about Sanju. She will forget her swim classes once she goes there and start playing outside with friends. Lots of freedom to play out, which is not available here. Last time when we went, I couldn't believe my daughters appearance when she returned 🤢 Totally soiled to which I was not used to New York. After moving to New Jersey, I am kind of getting used to soiled clothes again 😆

Today she went to school with a new Capri, and before the bus came, I found her pant dirty around the knee caps. So you can imagine what a robust girl she is.

Hi Smitha, Ya when we visit India, a trip to Chennai is obvious. Last time I went, I went alone, but still had to go to Chennai to show my daughter atleast.

I heard Karu's song from Ashok. I like it. Somehow it reminded me of a song "Gundello Dhada Dhada" from the movie Antham. Its a little close,esp begining. Somehow Karus Song reminded me of this song. And so today I was listening to all songs from Antham. So how did you find a solution to listening to the songs? I read that you listened to song. I was also to listening along with Karu's song, Balu's 'Upengale Godavari' from the movie Godavari. Very Beautiful.

Yeah I loved SP's song from Godavari....very well done! Oh I found out that I can listen to songs only on greatandhra.com from MOzilla so that's how i heard it. But I haven't heard the song from Antham so I'm not sure of the similarity. Was Antham by Manisarma too?
