Sorry sandeep but you are living in a dream world .you won simply bcoz of multiple voting and no other reason so get this thought out of your head that you are gods answer to indian idol 2.
We all know karunya has magic in his voice and singing and when i hear him sing it just mesmerise me and the people aruond me.That is the kind of appeal karunya has .
The notion that Sandeep only got votes from Rajesthan/Calutta is completely baseless -->> So, I don't buy your argument.. By the same token, I could also say that Karunya only stayed as long as he did because he only got a lot of votes from few people [Sonu's statement that one person from SA sent money to India so as to send 23,000 or something votes for him being the best example]..So, now would it be fair on Karunya for me to generalize this fact and say that he was only there because of thie crazy voting by some people and if I go further -->> crazy voting by people from South (they maybe settled in Mumbai or wherever for that matter)??
Well, as far as multiple voting is concerned,
the rule was the same to both people... It wasn't as if Sandeep was subject to one set of rules and Karunya to a completely different one ..Also, why can't you accept that it wasn't only Sandeep fans doing it...it's just that they were more dedicated/supportive/determined to make Sandeep win than Karunya fans and what's wrong in that?? and there is nothing wrong in this because everything was done as per the rules, in the end, it was their immense dedication/support/love/ towards Sandeep that succeeded.. So, instead of blaming Sandeep fans for voting crazily, I suggest you look at yourselves in the mirror and accept that you were the ones who didn't vote enough i.e. you didn't support him enough, i.e. you weren't good enough and this is a fact unlike your baseless opinion...
We're gonna go nowhere if you keep on coming with these completely baseless/hypothetical opinions of yours trying to ignite this regionalism debate again..
Someone came up with this point somewhere else in ths forum.. Let me quote and ask this to you:
If there was a world beauty contest and there was public voting, would we not vote to a lady from India, if we believe she is equally good, though not the best? Same thing is true here. The ones who can garner better public support (for whatever reason) and do fairly well will get votes. They may not necessarily be the best.period
