all anxiously waiting to hear that Sandy is singing Udit's song or not ....

I must say , both the songs by Karu is ??
I am waiting eagerly for Monday ,if Karu can make me like those two songs. I was listening to them now, not at all impressive.
But may Karu will give his own flavour to the songs and make them interesting.
Why in the world Karu chose those songs.
So far its very very very pooooooooooooor choice

On the other hand Amey got great songs.

On the other hand , I fear for Karu, no doubt he'll do great, but they are not attention catching like Amey's songs.
If Anuj and Sandeep pick half decent songs, they'll get votes anyway.

Harshmm..why do you think so..... i agree 'jaa re hat natkhat' is kind of old song but it is very femous song and not that easy to sing.. and 'Ramta jogi' is perfect for KAru's style of singing...

I said this in Connie's post as well, I'll repeat it here.

I am a little disappointed in Amey's choice. I'm sure everyone agrees that the real competition now is between Amey and Karunya. What I feel about their choices is that Amey has chosen two popular songs, whereas Karunya has chosen what I would call 'Singer's songs'.

Now, both are immensely talented and everyone wants to see everything they've got at this stage. Karunya has taken a risk in his choices since they are difficult songs, but that wouldn't be an excuse if he falters. On the other hand, if he pulls it off, I can't say about Farah, but Sonu and Anu will be mighty impressed and they would express it too.

Amey's 'Satrangi re' is a fairly difficult one where he can show off his range, but the Holi song doesn't have much in it. In all likelihood, he would do well in both...but if Karunya does his songs well, Karunya would be rated better, and that would be because he chose the more difiicult of songs, which show his potential and amplify his strengths. So I would have liked to see Amey choose some toughies, just to get the right comparison between the two.

But this is just what I would have liked to see on the show. 'Public Voting' is a different animal altogether...doesn't depend on any of this 😉

True Purva, Infact, both are tough songs. But they don't look attention grabbing enough to get votes, thats what I was concerned about.

I full trust in Karu's ability to perform those songs, My only concern was would public remember those songs enough to vote for him😒
