AAAHHH..I got confused between the topic title and poll question. I accidentally pressed no when I wanted to choose yes.
Anyways, in II2 I find Amey and sometimes Karunya to be very good. 2 very good singers out of possible 10 is just not good enough for a show that 'claims' itself to be the best talent hunt show in the country. In SRGMP, there were 8-9 very good singers in the final 12. Statistics have spoken.

Singers and quality of SRGMP are way ahead of II2. No doubt about that. 😊

I too do not feel the magic of II2 this year 😔 , I remember I used to love the show last year. However, I do not think SRGMP is the reason, I think the quality of participants this year is not as good as it was last year.

dost aisha lagata hai yaar ki srgmp singer is better than indian idol2

pur dekha jaye to sub singer better hai,,,,

if u consider all singer then i think indian idol2 singer is very good and also srgmp,,,

if u consider amey then may be he is one singer who can be win every where in srgmp, indian idol1 and fg and now indian idol1 also,,,

u dont know only one singer amey who chance of wining from 1st day indian idol,,. becoz on first day anu and sonu said that he is another singer.. and may be he is winner...

I agree with you Amit, Amey and Karunya have the caliber to win even in SRGMP competition. Amey has already proved by finishing as 1st runnerup in SRGM 8 yrs back. He does not have toprove it again. Amey is the best in any any kind of show and in front of any judges.

amey can win SRGM n II but i don't think he can win FG, sorry but he isn't besura unlike qazi and neither is he phony so he isn't bad enough to win FG 😉 😆

completely agree..yes, SRGMP had better singers.. but my problem is that I expected even better quality singers in II2 than those of II1, but in my view apart from Amey and Karu nobody else matches up to last year..

the show is equally talented but in idol the public voting has spoiled the show and in saregamapa the voting was appropriate!

It's true that II2 is not as exciting as II1 but I don't think SGMP has anything to do with it. SGMP may have some really good singers but the show is not half as entertianing as II so it can't rob II of its magic.
