1. there is a regional/home vote coming to a particular participant. these are blind supporters.. even if the performance is bad, they are too loyal to vote others

2. there is also a history associated with each singers.
its not as if someone sings the worst he has to be out. it just doesnt work like that. we all have soft corners for some singers and we are adamant about that.
i like antara and amay i will vote for them even if they sing badly.

3. if someone sings v v well we might send some votes to him/her in addition to our favorite!

i kno ur a veryyyyyy huge fan of meenal. i have seen lot of ur posts where u have tried to proof dat antara is always singing very easy songs nd meenal always singing most hardest songs nd meenal is 1000000000 times better den antara.. but so many pple knows dat antara was singing very tought songs too.. even some meenal fans also agreed dat she was mindblowing in last 2 galas.

so im sorry to say here dat according to me antara is 20000000000000000000000000 times better den meenal.. though i luv meenal too.

actually wat happened is that we hav seen a lot of classical touches in meenals singin whereas antara has not displayed that side.....nd everyone knows puttin classical touches r much more difficult....i think they r both gud but if u look at the trend of choice of songs u'l see a pattern....newez i want either amey or karunya to win but i want these both to be in top 4....

I like Meenal bcoz she has always picked a difficult song though Antara didnt prove herself as yet and I never liked Antara choice of songs...According to me Antara is abve average singer bt Meenal is the best.

I pertially agree with you that Antara more likely sing soft kind of song. She has a tendency not to choose high note song. But she has a capability to sing those kind of song. Meenal always pick the hard song and some she able to delever them propely sometimes she make slightly mistake on it. Based on what I have heard from both, it seems like Antara has a very smooth voice, I have never seen her voice get boroken. I have seen Meenal's voice broken number of times, it might be due to high note song. But in his kind of competation, you don't wanna take a rist to jeopardize you chance.

Antara has not picked any tough song so far.......Meenal picked tough song many times and paid the price for it too. I like Meenal more for her confidence to pick such songs.

But both these girls are below Amey and Karunya in my ratings.
