SONU NIGAM ON PANNA!!!!

I feel that this time the public has vote in quite a fair manner. Yashashree was
the weak link among the five female performers and the result was just as I had
expected.

What bothers me more is the level of performances in the first two galas. The
contestants are not putting in all their efforts and they are capable of much
better performances.

Among the boys, the only one who really surprised us with an extraordinary
performance was Panna, who outdid himself in the boy's gala round.

We (Farah Khan, Anu Malik and I) had originally thought that he didn't deserve
to be on the Indian Idol stage, but he's sure made us eat our words!

Amey, Karunya and Monali have always been my personal favourites throughout the
show, but they too have let me down in the last week or two.

Karunya was really in the danger zone and seemed to have escaped by the skin of
his teeth thanks to viewer votes!

The fact is that all the contestants have to pull up their socks and raise the
level of their performances so that we see some real talent and power packed
shows in the coming weeks!
