I totally agree with Sonu I don't want some clown to win the title. I want someone who can sing and looks,makeovers are fine but not on the cost of singing.

There is more importance given to the X factor more than the singing factor.

I'm glad Sonu said this but I don't think it will make a diffenrence as this show is all about an overall package so somewhere down the line I'm sure a good singer will go out. 😕

but Quality of Singing is far higher there
they dont overshadow singing by performance there

seeing the popularity of FG sony wants to make II also a performance show

This is the same concern what I raised here in this forum along with other members with similar thought wave lengths. I did mention in my previous posts that contestants were under constant pressure to look glamourous and beautiful which is now taking toll on their singing. I request the channel and organizers through this forum to let singing be the first priority in a show like this. Glamour can be added somehow but if singing takes a backseat then we're gonna end up with some mediocre as our II. Save good contestants like Karunya, Amey, Monali and Meenal by re-prioritising the parameters of II.

hopefully this info is not false and hopefully sonu did really raise his voice against all this utter nonsense going on.. this money making machine that promises talent but just ends up producing glossy dramas.

grooming can always be done at the end of it.... look at how yashashree and antara were when they came in.. look at how they look now... however, voice is a gifted talent and must not be overlooked... i think we must just stop this public voting thingy and just sony nigam must be allowed to judge....
