He was in sur 99 percent of the time (as far as i know) His performance was a little lower than his singing, but he did great in my opinion. Pretty shocking to hear Sonu's and Farha's comments. I had a sigh of relief when Anu Malik started speaking.

I am also sure karunya has sung very well even with such a bad throat... even i was pretty pleased with his performance.. Sometimes sonu & farhah give wrong judgements... they said that ravi has performed well, when he was totally out of breath & he was just walking around.. Can' understand how could they like his coice of song & performance? 😕

But with his capabilities..i am sure he will get good amount of votes... 👏

u people r nothing short of angles. We shud support the talented allrounder like karunya when he has a draw back because of his bad throat. what r fans 4? we r wid u karunya all the way till u get the title. 😃

whenever there is controversies liek this they will win over public...so karunya is safe today...

Hey I know all of us are feeling a bit let down with sonu & farha's comments, but if all notice, they gave critical comments - they didnot say he sung bad or better, sonu mentioned that his choice of song was not right, & farha said that his performance was lacking.. which will act as constructive boost for karunya's confidence..

public will definetly vote for him becos, they have already made up their minds, irrespective of wat these 2 commented upon.. Where as sailing thru to next round, he will definetly do it as there r quite a few bad performances from others which indian janata looks at... for instance-
Ravi- poor overall performance
Sandeep- lost the tempo of the song & was off track at quite a few places
Sagar- his energy was a lil low. Not a great performance.

Only Panna's & Amey's performance was upto the mark..

but no harm is getting more votes right? maybe topping this batch tooo... 😉

Indianman, I agree with you. I watched the repeat telecast today and I think the review was more on the choice of the song and not on his voice or technicalities of the song per se. In fact, he reiterated that he has a good voice and he's a good singer. To that extent I agree with Sonu but I beg to differ with Farha b'coz if she feels Ravi and Sandeep performed better than what was wrong with Karunya's performance? He is a Kuchipudi dancer and obviously it shows in his body language. Performance wise I think he scores next to Panna and Amey.

THANKS lovlina....NW i got why Karunya's body language misdirected me...Hmmmm Nw there is no doubt in his movements...

I thought I am the only one noticed thsi...I think all knew thsi fact already...As u know one who learnt dance like kuchipudi & all cant easily change their body language movments...

I 100% agree with you. Karuniya gave his best performance considering his throat infection. I am very positive that he will be OK this time and he will rock in the next round.

But I must say that Amey, Sagar and Panna will be his tough competitors. I felt that Ravi will be out today. Lets hope for the best.
