Shaky start.

Voice texture - inconsistent and thin. Her voice seems rather stressed - it sounds just OK. At times her voice sounds warm and sweet, but mostly it just sounds thin and hollow.

Pitching - again inconsistent, although very good for the most part. She handled some difficult harkats and some of her high notes were good.

Expressions - she doesn't seem to be singing with heart. How can she? The lyrics are as lame as 'O Bla di, di, di, O bla da da da'. The lyrics are meant for a male to sing and Alkaji puts no effort into making the lyrics her own. It doesnt even sound conversational. The only words that she sang with feel were 'I love you' right at the end. Here we got a glimpse of the Alka Yagnik who is a queen of expressions and pitching, but alas that glimpse was right at the end.

Difficulty: I haven't checked out Sadhanaji's live performance yet, but this is not as difficult a song as the one Shreya sang live. And I don't see how Alkaji deserves any extra credit for singing some lines originally sung by a male singer...

I didn't think her body language was an issue at all..

Anyway, a better performance would have been:
