Hey My Dish network Guide does not show II at 6 pm PST like it used to 2 wks back...No II on guide at all...So it has stopped recording...I guess I missed yesterday's show? I am so mad....

Haan Varsha di...happened to me....I saw tht the guide said sukh by chance and jeet jayenge hum at 6 and 6:30......and i recorded sukh by chance and jeet jayenge hum😆..am glad i saw it before II started yesterday....aaj bhi vahi haal hain...II doesnt show up in the guide..

Yeah I saw Sukh by chance and jeet jaayenge hum yesterday eve so did not see the show thinking they changed it to wknd b/c there used to be repeat show on wknds....So I should record those shows instead...I am so mad at Dish network for not giving proper names...Repeat should show R so it does not rerecord...I have to fix and skip repeat shows on my dvr recording....Urghhhhhhhhhhh..Grrrrrr

I have been following DID and II on IF and also Terence sir took your name so I know you😛

I totally agree.....in fact Sreeram is the only person in the whole group who sang completely out of his style and nativity. Pronouncing that slang is like awesome....everyone sang their regional styles...mostly...like Bhoomi with the gujrati....Swaroop in rajasthani etc. Sreeram's singing was like out of the world.....really a tough song.

I think they did not want to repeat the best singer kitaab to the same person.....Shivam was good too though.....but pan banaras wala is like a song which anybody could sing...even Amitabh bacchan who is not a professional singer...can sing that song easily.

Today best were Sreeram and Swaroop...Although Swaroop was in his element while Sreeram singing in another language and proper diction...

Whenever an Indian Idol sing Kawa Kawa, I compare them to Karunya automatically and Sreeram was nowhere close to that. BUT considering he is south Indian - I think he did well to capture the mood and spirit of the song, along with style, enunciation etc. A good accomplishment outside his comfort zone.

To me Swaroop is overrated (not that he is a bad singer, he is better than most, but he is like total bluegrass and totally not mainstream radio. Ok I know he does not sing bluegrass music, that was just an Amerique example) and Shivam is underrated (and an extreme underachiever really, I see a lot more potential, he just is not pushing himself enough)

^^^^^ Yep Sarina Karu's Kawa Kawa was amazing...I mentioned that to my hubby while watching...As Hemu's Ramta jogi and Nahi saamne no one can ever beat....I still think Sreeram was very good.
