Ya the song was quite difficult. No place to take breath...especially the lines "Zara Apani Surat Dikha De, Sama Khoobsurat Bana De, Nahin To Tera Nam Leke, Tujhe Koi Ilzaam Deke..."

If one has a look at the performance from 4:07, he really rendered these lines very well and that smile on the face displayed the ease with which he sang the above lines.
