Well, if you have watched II5 then he said that he wears the turban while is singing. It doesn't mean that he wears it to sleep. He comes from a family of singers where wearing a turban while singing is a sense of pride and honor. If I came from that culture then I would be disappointed if he, for "fame" or "appearance", took off his turban.

I appreciate the comments of diva and also others who praised Khan.
Dress is his own choice, swaroop was asked about it once, he explained that it is his own choice. he can wear whatever he want. It is usual that everybody in the world has to dress for others but swaroop khan wears for himself as well as for others. Why we dress ourself for office because that is requirement. It is not unwise if he wears to show himself. I am sure that TheUltimate also dresses himself to show others.
Just because people cling to their culture and identity; it doesn't mean that they are "cunning" or "showoff".
As for the his singing, I LOVE his voice. He reminds me of Atif Aslam, who has few sad jealous critics but as much more fans. Swaroop has a very unique and strong voice and is indeed, very capable of becoming a great, renowned singer

I listen songs of swaroop repeatedly.
Swaroop khan is natural singer. No extra preparation like other singers.
He should try hard to become best in film songs too.
I am sure that film songs for swaroop are easier to song than folk songs.

II5 airs quite late where i am but i actually stayed awake to watch him and bhoomi perform. i feel that the more he practises and works on his pronounciation, he will work wonders on the stage. he has a good voice - very sukhwinder type voice. throw is amazing and he sings with feeling too. I doubt if any contestant can match that up. From almost nowhere he has struggled and learnt bollywood songs and not only sings so well but competes on them. Truly inspirable. He is in Top 5 and it is time that he started showing up the versatility of singing here. Of all, I loved him visiting CID 😉 😉 😉. How lucky of Swaroop. He met all the CID characters and my favorite Daya Sir on the set. Cool!!!! Swaroop was totally innocent and his conversation with ACP was worth to be seen. Cool man, keep it rocking!!!!
