North east people are very much Indian like you or me... They have battlions of their own under Indian Army. North East people what you like to call them Nepalis or Non-Indians have fought and defended our territorial integrity during Kargil War in 1999. So what makes you call them Nepalis or Non-Indians..
They are very much a part of India and rightfully deserve every right an Indian... That includes winning Indian Idol
