Okay guys i m writing here my view.. just have your thought and say..
Indian idol 1 and 2 were good in terms of singers' singing calibre..
Abhijit sawant among them i would say the best.. in terms of singing, stage presence..
Karunya was also very good in terms of his singing quality and so amey date...
I would say.. all the credit goes to one and only Mr. Sonu Nigam... after that the indian idol 3 and 4 have been like a college contest shows...the other shows are far more better than this show...and not to forget one thing - this is the competition of singing first and then whatever they say X-factor or.....you name it....
what i noticed indian idol 4 and 3 was some judges doesn't like singers with western influenced...
especially Javed akhtar.. he knows nothing about what english rock songs are....If any singer throws some thrash or death metal style he would be like what the hell he is singing.. he has no idea that singers of this genre could sing hindi songs... i belong to the metal band outside of South Asia and i am following the indian idols since season 2..
During this season 4 audition i noticed singers singing off tempo, off tune and they are being selected cos their throw and pitches were not good but acceptable...
I am sure this season 4 is gonna be horrible than 3, 2. and 1...
to me 4 best judges would be Sonu nigam, Shaan mukherjee, Salim sulaiman, and vishal shekhar..If i were the producer of any singing contest shows in india ...these people have true knowledge about classical as well as western music...
what you all think... pls write down...
