Not yet. Indian Idol finale is in just 3 weeks and there's no update on Superstar Singer 3. No info regarding the judges and the host too.

At the crucial time, Vaibhav is excelling while Dipan is faltering. I believe only one of them will advance to the finale.

Saturday's episode:

Ananya, Piyush, Anjana and Vaibhav were the best.

Adya: She did really well, but towards the end, I felt she was slowly declining. Otherwise, good performance.

Obom and Dipan didn't click with me this time.

Sunday's episode:

Piyush, Anjana, Vaibhav, Shubhadeep and Ananya.

Obom, Adya and Dipan didn't click with me this time around once again.

Sayli was far behind all that she sang Parbat ke uspar and Bidi jalyly. I want to say that I never saw conteatant as versatile as Sayli. Lata, asha, Usha, Shreya, Vaishali, Sunidhi- All correct tick marks. No crumbs left.

Shreesha has unique voice. Being South Indian, speaking and singing in Hindi Live show is not easy. May that could be the reason of her elimination as I observed Shreesha used to choose Chitra mam and Usha Utap songs mostly. She is playback singer even before idol.

It was Nihal who was pushed to Top 6. He has good voice but he was unserious most of the times.

I hate Danish's performances as much as I hate Adya. Personal Choise.

Sayli wasn't pushed by channel by creating unnecessary sympathy and drama.

In 24 hrs I saw 2 people writing against Sayli. She is not Adya or Anjana. She is more versatile than your favourite whose fake love story drama is still going on.

What about Anjana? She is the most followed contestant on Instagram. She is the winner of IIJ, has a good support from judges and the channel.

She has a good fanbase too..in IIJ she received tremendous votes..a DPS alumni(if she has graduated from school by now 😄).

Just imagine the votes if she has the backing of school n their alumni..like in IIJ

Sayli is versatile and has good control over her voice..that's y she excels in live shows n is doing well. Kudos to her..the girl does what she wants and goes all out to get that.

Doesn't mean Aru wasn't versatile. We can see her capability in the song released today. She shines if given the right opportunity..and she shined even when given limited opportunity...her live shows too r a treat for listeners.

Also something fake cannot go on for so long

I’m so glad they had Javed Akhtar as a guest, he doesn’t normally appear often as a guest and he’s written so many brilliant songs. I loved him as a judge on Fame Gurukul, so was nice to see him today. Only wish they sang atleast two songs each, but maybe that’s being greedy. Was Piyush the only one who didn’t sing today? Or did I miss his performance?

Yeah, actually you are right. Making her win would also help the program and the judges claim about having spotted a winner at a young age.

I have a lot of respect for Kaveeta K. Personally I did not appreciate her comment after Subhadeep’s performance about trophy going to Kolkata. WTH about rest of India? Remember show name is Indian Idol. I do not condone regionally biased comments. 👎👎🙁🙄 show your support for a contestant that you see him/her in top 2. Nothing wrong with that but comment as such shouldn’t be made by a professional as herself .

I totally agree. Although Subhadeep is my personal favorite and it was so nice to listen to Kavita ji's blessings for him, the last part of her message made me wince a bit.. This was as if the showrunners were deliberately trying to converge the negativity that has been created by especially Utkarsh's elimination on him.

What good such statements do? They wont fetch hìm more votes, (might only make some who are already the same region followers, happy) but it could definitely be a turn off for many who do not belong to the region and it could cost him their votes. (And maybe for some other contestants too who belong to that region).

And there is a large vote bank left after the elimination of Utkarsh and Menuka... the makers would want those votes to go to a 'suitable' candidate.

All sort of reverse psychology and false narratives are created in these shows and sometimes we knowingly/unknowingly go along with them.. ýes this is a competition and of course only one would win, and no matter who our personal favourites are, most of the contestants are worthy and excel in different aspects...but the way these youngsters are sometimes used as pawns in reality show politcs is just sad.

The only good thing is these shows do help many wonderful talents gain recognition and now it is up to these young people how they make the most out of it in the future.
