Final Audition day.
For me, the standout contestants were Nahid and Ananya. I am not talking about the singing quality here - but the overall package, and what Indian Idol should stand for (in my mind).
But my fear is that neither will make the final cut. [Ananya surely won't. This is based on her IG activity, or lack of it]

Overall, one feature of the auditions was the fact that none were promised a song by the judges. And while there was hype about IL13, there was limited melodrama at the end of performances. This is a shift from the past. And good in its own way.

I would like the following to make the cut next weekend based on their 1st Round performance(s):

Rishi Raj Singh

Sonakshi Kar

Nahid Afrin

Senjuti Das

Anushka Patra

Navdeep Wadali

Deboshmita Roy

Tabish Ali

Prabhupada Mohanty

Shagun Pathak

Vineet Singh

Shivam Singh

Others who may make it (but not on my would like list) are:

Chirag Kotwal

Pritam Roy

Sirisshaa Rakshit/Bidipta Chakrabarty

So on Day 1 those in bold made it.
Anushka and Bidipta should also go through in most likelihood. Tabish Ali seems a no no at this stage.
