Can there be elimination on a voting week? I also thought there will be elimination every week. But it doesn't look like. Again they went back to old format.

If it was there Aditya would have mentioned yesterday. I don't think he did. So no elimination this week. Fan wars anyway keep happening as everyone thinks their favorite contestant deserves more. Creatives are just following their strategies I guess.

also was wondering why indian idol do the charade of audience and yet from past few seasons picking contestants who already won regional/national shows. none is new, maybe ashish is ths time he apparently quit his job?

I thought eliminations will be every other week. So it will be next week.
