Why didn’t everyone sing for AR Rahman?

I think it’s unfair, how come some get to sing 3 songs and others didn’t even get to sing 1 song?

Also, how come Danish sang more in Sawai’s song??

I don’t think this show is fair and I made this to speak up about this injustice. Hopefully Sony team sees this and doesn’t do this again.

Yes poor planning by Team instead of giving some contestants 2-3 songs and keeping a duet, give each contestant 1 song and let everyone perfom in the episode.

Excellent question, I was also annoyed by the same. There was no reason for Danish (and to an extent Ashish) to get so much screen time, they could’ve easily made everyone sing today. Super unfair.

I am not even a fan of Anjali but we all know that ARR loves her and she’s sung under his direction, how could they not let her sing in front of him?

It was also unfair that Danish and Nihal got to perform only one solo song.

Nihal only performed half the song and no more! He was the first one to perform though. Sayili, Anjali, and Pawandeep didn't get to perform at all. Sawaii Bhat was given a rough role in duet where Dhanish performed again. Clear to me who are going to be in final for 100%.. Dhanish, SMP and Arunita. Among the rest Pawandeep still has a chance to make. Others I do not think so at all. AR Rahman hardly spoke in the entire show probably he is always like that, extremely reserved.

Idk why they couldn’t make TOP 9 perform on both days. Would have loved to listen to them.

Perhaps now the make half perform on sat and other half on Sunday. Perhaps they do a lucky draw. Contestants luck where they end up? possible?

Idk how sick he is now. Hope he just has mild symptoms and it doesn’t affect his throat and lungs. Wish him a speedy recovery. 🤞🏼

Show was nearly 2 hours yet not all sang?? Not fair. If they had cut down on performances of those who sang 3 or 4 songs or more, then all could have sung. Doing this in lots of guests special episodes.

Last night only 8 contestants present so each contestants could have sung 2 songs which let’s say each song no longer than 4 minutes, still would have left time for other extra bits

I have a strong feeling that they intended for Pawandeep to perform in the ARR episode but had to swap him out with Nihal last minute since he got sick. Like you said, it’s clear they put their faves on the ARR special and it’s now safe to say they want Pawandeep, Ashish, SMP, Arunita, and Danish as their top five.
